The Historic Khanspur Church | Ayubia Pakistan

The Historic Catholic Church Khanspur is located on Khanspur Road, Ayubia in KPK Province of Pakistan. During the British rule, the town served as a cantonment, and during the summer it was occupied by a detachment of British infantry, due to its cool and pleasant weather conditions.This area was also called "Ghora Dhaka" at that time, which means "White Soldiers Hill".
The Land for Church was acquired in 1901 and construction was completed in 1911. The building is almost 115 years old now and is still in its Original Form. It was build for the British Infantry stationed in the area during summers.Church is surrounded by a beautiful forest.
