Toyota is unlikely to make any changes to the 2025 Toyota RAV4's interior design for the new model year. The base LE trim has hard plastics and a straightforward interior design with a tiered dashboard and huge physical controls. Higher trim levels have a two-tone dashboard, a larger center touchscreen, and higher-quality inside materials. The tough TRD trim includes distinctive details such as red stitching and trim elements.

The engine is connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is normal, but all-wheel drive is available. This powertrain is projected to remain unaltered for the 2025 Toyota RAV4. Toyota provides the RAV4 with a hybrid and plug-in hybrid engine for improved fuel efficiency.
