It would have been helpful to also describe how to remove photos from the locked folder.
Hi Mrs.i putted all my photos in the loked folder but it all deleted I don't know what happened please can you help me
The locked folder gets deleted if you get a new phone, reset the old one, or even just clear cache. If you did any of those things, I hope you had the backup turned on, if not - I'm afraid it's bad news. There is no way to recover.
@@GeeksOnTour Why on Earth would it be tied to your phone, esp. if you use web from browser.
