My advice to honda is to bring an 8 seater car to compete with safari, scorpio n, innova hycross etc, probably the HONDA PILOT will be the best option..

3) Elevate hybrid
4) Amaze Next Gen
5) Crv and Civic in limited numbers CKD(not possible) but they can do it..

dude, you are actually right. if cherokee comes in onroad price bracket of 70 lc, it will break into the market of entry level luxury cars like 3 series , glc, etc not just that, it will also attract fortuner crowd. it will be just 10-15 lc costlier than fortuner. considering the cherokees offering, 15 lc extra over fortuner is a steal
Why would anyone spend 70 lakh on jeep in India, it's much better to get GLC or 3 series or Evoque in 70 lakh and you get status of these brand

These prices are so high because of the import duties implied by the Indian govt. and the shipping cost of fully made vehicles. This almost doubles the price of these vehicles. Here comes the 'make in India' initiation which allows the companies to make their products in India and sell worldwide. If that happens we can buy all the good luxary brand cars like LR, Merc, BMW, etc. for much lesser price than the current.
I recently visited New Zealand and was surprised at the number of Toyota models there are, some of those cars would totally sell in India if they launched it here, instead what we get is Suzuki cars rebranded.
I drove the Corolla Hatchback with the 2L engine and it was such a fun little car to drive that I bet it would give the i20 and baleno a good competition.
toyota corolla is a competitor for honda civic. Noone wants a hatch at 25 30 lakhs in india, hence it wont sell. toyota knoes what they are doing

Bhaiya my advice would be to the king volkwagen. They were major producer during the time period of 2012-2016. Leaving skoda no where near it in INDIA 🇮🇳🇮🇳 with (polo,jetta,passat,ameo,vento) but now it has to face competion with a brand which was no where near it (virtus with verna ) and (taigun with creta) want that old time back where everyone blindly went with a 5-star saftey rating car and best engine out there with reasonable price. @carversal Ford id coming back to India this news is official because I own a Ford car n recently I had been to the dealership for servicing my car n then the staff told me that it is confirmed
Advice for Jeep is to bring down their service costs. Service Cost for Wrangler is about 50k which is much higher than other luxury brands selling cars in the same price range. Another one for VW, to get the Polo GT back in India as there is no other fun driving machine in that segment.
In the video breakdown and some advices for car makers in India.
- no Car maker should be allowed to offer their older models to India first of all.
- Jeep is overpriced. They should come at par with their competition. Reduce car prices. Relaunch GC V8 in cheaper price, the car literally has no spice in interiors and cosmetics.
- Mitsubishi should restart India ops under Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi alliance and bring in Lancer, Pajero-Montero, Outlander, Eclipse to India.
- Ford should bring Endeavour and Ecosport back, Endeavour should be offered in Petrol V6 too.
- Kia and Hyundai should keep making cheap vehicles for the masses. Maybe even shut shop and go back to Korea where they hate Indians.
- Nissan should bring Pathfinder, Armada and Patrol to India. Along with GTR, 350Z and 370Z.
- Toyota Should also start offering its Petrol 4x4 V6 Fortuner in India, along with Sequoia and Prado.
- Mahindra should offer V6 and V8 engine vehicles, they have the tech. They make it for the army, why not for the people.
- Cadillac, GMC, Lincoln, Dodge should come to India. Some of them can be a huge hit with their offerings.
- Koenigsegg, Pagani,Bugatti should set up shop in India but not at crazy prices like earlier.
Also, everyone should realise one thing, Indians are price sensitive but not poor. We buy cars at 150% taxes for luxury care makers. We should get more options in our country.

Jeep Renegade could have been the perfect car for India. It came with Fiat 1.6 diesel producing 120 bhp and would easily compete in creta segment. Test mules were also spotted many times in India but launch never happened. Poor jeep missed a good opportunity.
I think landrover and jaguar has a production plant in India in Pune for CKD routes

I think all the Japanese and american companies mostly start moving with sports segment because of the car culture growth in India and they would make more money than any other premium german companies cuz sports car ke naam pe Indians ko mostly luxury sedans ke liye jana pdta hai, but luxury and sports are too different segments you can get less luxury cars with more power in same or lesser price if these japanese companies and ford like companies start selling them.

It's just weird Land Rover still imports cars.
Harrier/Safari uses a modified Land Rover Discovery body so why not just make the non-modified one here.
Making body panel shouldn't be difficult either especially when Tata can press panels for new cars every few wears compared to LR which doesn't change it's body drastically in short period of time.
My advice is to Tata motors They should not produce car just for the sake of doing it and not need to hurry | Also they should launch safari storm classic the sales will skyrocket | aslo they should bring facelift tigor . Lauch the anviya , curv sirrea soon 😅

my advice to toyota is to bring their supra to india. Becuase of anurag dhobal, supra is very famous in india and if they can put it at the price point of the mustang from when it used to sell in india and keep the service cost of the supra around the service cost of the mustang it will sell alot. mustnag ki india mai bahut hype hai aur 5th owner mustangs market mai bikh rahi hai, yeh toyota ke liye bahut profitable hai.
