材料Ingredients：
排骨 600克 Ribs 600g
薑片 5片 Sliced ginger 5pcs
蒜頭(拍扁) 5顆 Flattened garlic 5pcs
汆水Blanching：
薑片 3片 Sliced ginger 3pcs
米酒 1湯匙 Rice wine 1tbsp
調料Seasoning：
醬油 1湯匙 Soy sauce 1tbsp
鹽 1茶匙 Salt 1tsp
可樂 適量 Coke suitable amount
