The Prayer Liberating Sakya from Disease by Mahasiddha Thang Tong Gyälpo:
Motivation
All sentient beings, equal to space, go for refuge to the precious guru-buddha.
We go for refuge to the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha.
We go for refuge to the assembly of gurus, meditational deities, and dakinis.
We go for refuge to the empty clarity of our own minds, the dharmakaya.
Recite these verses as many times as you are able.
OM MANI PÄDME HUM
Recite this mantra hundreds of times, as many as you are able.
Then:
May all the diseases that sadden the minds of sentient beings
that result from karma and temporary conditions, such as the harms of
spirits, illnesses, and the elements, not occur in the realms of the world.
May whatever sufferings there are from life-threatening diseases that,
like a butcher leading a being to be slaughtered, separate the body
from the mind in a mere instant, not occur in the realms of the world.
May all embodied beings be unharmed by acute, chronic, and other
infectious diseases, the mere sound of whose names terrifies beings,
as though they had been placed inside the mouth of Yama, the Lord
of Death.
May all embodied beings be unharmed by the 80,000 classes of
harmful interferers, the 360 evil spirits that harm suddenly, the
424 diseases, and so forth.May whatever sufferings there are due
to disturbances of the four elements, depriving the body and
mind of every pleasure, be totally pacified, and may the body
and mind have radiance and power and be endowed with long life,
good health, and wellbeing.
By the compassion of the gurus and the Triple Gem, by the power
of the dakinis, Dharma protectors, and guardians, and by the
strength of the infallibility of karma and its results, may these
many dedications and prayers be fulfilled as soon as they are made.

Buddha once said, Human Life is precious so we are fortunate but at the same time it is also fragile. So it is important to use of life that is short for the benefits of many and not wasting it. So as long as we in Human realm, we can use our life to contemplate the thickness and thinner of life. use our heart to contemplate the impermanence. Once outbreak happens, We cannot foreseen what is going to happen. In the law of cause and effects because of one choice we experience the effect of the choice. But we like to takes care of what is the best choice right now, however this best right choice can be consequences In the future. So it is important to check of intention before Make choice. So there is a saying Bodhisatva is working of cause being is working on effect. We need to take care and love the natures, repay it’s kindness not only in Animal but the whole ecology system including small animals or trees ( with respect and gratitude). Nevertheless, whatever we face now, not to be afraid, with technology we received a lot of news and don’t be panic. Be wise and working together so that we can solve the problem. I had translated one of the scriptures of Prayer for Diseases, so that it can help many people for encouragement. Of course you could chant mantra that you familiar. We as one heart can help each other’s to resolve problems. * It a simple not very precise translated - hope it helps🙏🏻
