Exactly, it's my 6th place but as soon as noa finished i was absolutely convinced that this wasn't qualifying bcos it was sandwiched between two televote heavy songs, but thankfully the public appreciated the beauty of this

Sounds like you assume the reveal order is ranked? It isn't. The points of the semi finals will only be revealed after the grand finale. We can only say, that the ten qualifiers have more points than any of the non-qualifiers.

@@mozi_h No, it was the order of the performances and I think they meant that Croatia and Israel were known audience favourites, so it was a tough spot to be in and qualify from.

My favourite song from esc 2023
The best song in ESC 23 for me. Powerful & deep voice, beautiful lyrics with a message, nice building of the song. The choreo was on point in the right moments, not too much but also not stale. I loved the rockets falling onto the stage as these underline the theme of the song.

I 'm surprised but glad to hear that people liked the performance. I m quite the opposite. I ADORED the song (and the official video) since day one but I'm very disappointed with the staging. I found it so underwhelming that I was really surprised to see it qualifying. Switzerland has my favorite song of the year and I was hoping that with a perfect staging that would enhance the emotion and the brilliant message of the song it could even win ESC2023. I was really devastated to see that the stage director completely ignored the emotion and gave us a so cold spectacle. I can't see what touched you of this show but I 'm happy it did.

Same for me. Only song I will download, loved it. Well built song with a message, sung by a guy with a great voice. A friend of mine wrote me this was the best song of the contest by far without knowing from each other that we had the exact same opinion. He said: all others are trash, Finland is at least well done trash. 😄

This is so much better than Sweden this year (Loreen is great, but this song is just a masterpiece) I hope that it gets the recognition it deserves - goosebumps all the way through the song! The voice and the staging was flawless, especially the missiles falling from the sky... Very touching
its a great song but loreen performs alone and her staging is more complex. i love both songs, to say one is "so much better" is just fanatism. Loreen's is more mature so each to their taste i guess
Its funny that every other contestant has comments about loreen, it just shows how loreen has got in everyones minds. And im totally rooting for her, anyway switzerland is good too! I just dont get it why everyone has a problem..

Ja mam ciarki...za każdym razem kiedy słucham od nowa mam ciarki. A występ? W życiu nie widziałam na eurowizji tak dobrego występu, pełnego wrażliwości, głośnego przekazu i skromności. Cudowny facet!
Szkoda, że jego nie docenili. Tutaj się nie docenia świetnych wokali (np. Ochman zeszłego roku). Facet ma piękny głos, przyjemną dla ucha piosenkę z głębokim przekazem.

What a crystal clear tone…his voice is 100% the most bulletproof out of the first semi group. Barely any notes out of place, it legit sounded almost exactly like the recording. That’s a true testament to how good his voice is and probably how little editing they had to do on the recording
