I agree with feuerrm so much on adding new top speed oriented tracks. It makes the game more fresh by using and competing with other cars. Or at least they can add the voting system so it would be alot more fair.

I found a lot of dirty Chevy GS player on Platinum League :(
In gold league currently. Most Chevy GS players I see play dirty and like to gang up on some people. You would see a the same person being knocked down over and over sometimes in a race, for not being in a Chevy GS. Has happened to me cause I play my superleggera dbs.

I do agree with the addition of more top speed oriented tracks. Recently, my TDF has been collecting dust because of handling tracks where it will be at a disadvantage.
From my experience on Android I dont get into full GS lobbies like i used to. Im a GS user but not dirty at least. Most GS users like to 360 way too much and its annoying. But the reason i use the GS the most is because the rest of my cars like the huracan are low stars and cant really compete. When i get them higher the GS wont even exist in my eyes
Dude use the Scg, 488 Gtb, or the tdf.... If none of them are max, use the asterion atleast.. They're all good B class cars
@@tripleinc4338 Every single car before the GS i have it maxed and golden BUT the problem is i cant compete with those cars in legend league. Also im an early player in new seasons basically when a new season starts i'll be gold league at top 1000 and everyone at that time use the Huracan, Apollo N, SIN R1 etc. I only have 4 fuel on my GS after thats done well... im screwed if i get osaka or a map where its doesnt need speed.

Ikr. And moreover, bp mechanism simply means that the truly competitive cars aren't guaranteed even if people pay. The vette is very likely to be the only practical car for a lot of players while many veterans just keep scolding those who "spam" it, having somehow zero empathy - I'd rather blame gl/vivendi for making good cars so exclusive and unreachable.
@@blasterargento5743 Like your own comment XD and yeah veterans have the good cars that are not coming back not even in packs. Best cars in multiplayer is my 5* Corvette (3821). No grand prix, exclusive, or special events since I have been here since the end of the Jesko Grand Prix. Close to no tokens either. No way of building any tokens to open packs.
Tbh they really need to add more tracks that is more on the top speed based, so it would balance out from the twisty tracks and the long and straighter tracks, and also the more agile cars wouldn't be use too much.
I havent played in like half a year since but for what i can see in these updates i agree with you. Too many twisty tracks just isnt right and for cars like the f12 which i think still is an amazing car is such a huge disadvantage plus straighter races would end in so many close races, especially in class a
I wish Asphalt would tell you which track was next before you choose your car so you can choose the best fitted one.

- Good at many ramps and twisty maps.
And yes I agree the new tracks are responsible to a large extent for the swarms of corvettes and Hurucans everwhere. And now the legend league races are one lap as well, the likes of Regera and Trion just cannot compete with cars like the Senna and Battista. So really, there isn't much use left for them.

The GS being one of the easiest cars to drive is a reason why it's popular in MP, but I'd argue the bigger reason for the GS's popularity is that for a lot of players it is actually their best car. It's rare you find cars like the DBS, SLR, and 911 GT3 RS at 5* in MP, because they're not particularly easy for newer players to get. The only high end end B class cars you can consistently find at 5* in MP are the f12tdf, GS, and huracan (at least it's those cars for me). I don't hate GS players, because the GS is a genuinely good car. I still think the GS is a bit overused, but it's that way for a good reason. But if you still hate these overused cars, stop pointing at the GS, because there's a bigger elephant in the room. Ladies and gentlemen... I present you... THE HECCING E-TENSE. The reason why the E-tense should be getting the hate instead of the GS is because most players actually have a better car than the E-tense. You know how to get a better car than the E-tense? *you play the game for 8 days and get the asterion* BUT I STILL SEE PEOPLE USING IT IN GOLD LEAGUE *REEEEEEEEEEEEEE*

Edit: the GS isnt just a little bit overused, it is completely over used, besides most of those who drive have better cars but are not skilled enough to control them so they rely on an easier one
@@hbshadow8981 Huh. How many GS's have you seen recently? I will agree that the GS before the nerf absolutely dominated matchmaking in MP, but I haven't too many vettes in MP lately. Also, all the new B class cars they've added are better than the GS, but I wouldn't say by much. Most of these new cars rank somewhere between the GS and huracan, they're more or less filler cars. Those cars being better than GS, doesn't make the it a bad car. I will admit an error on my part by saying the GS in high tier. When I said that, I meant where the GS ranked during the height of it popularity before all these new B class cars were added. During this time, according to feuerrm's previous best & worst cars, the GS ranked as the 3rd best B class car. Sorry about that error. I know my argumentative skills are not the sharpest tools in my shed (that in itself is a huge understatement), but the main point of my comment was to defend the people who use the GS in MP.

I once got into silver league using mainly only the Nissan Leaf Nismo RC, the SLOWEST car in the game. I beat a lot of E-tenses, Elises, and even some Dodge Challenger with Hemi Scat Packs with relative ease.
How bout a dynamic, random track, one that would keep changing, and is predictable only on the track? It would require less performance, but winners would be determined by how well they read the road. Also, make it like a testing chamber, as though testing the drivers stuck in it.

What I do is i never spend any token, event skipping events. Then wait until a event that has a car u really want, then spend all tokens
I'm in Tier 2 with 2 players having 4 star Jesko. But the crazy thing is that both of them did good in only 1 round. Other than that even had a 1star Jesko not even fully upgraded beating us all. Lol
Im annoyed that they nerfed the corvette gs, it was such a good car, like the viper acr. But now im scared that they will somewhat nerf the lamborghini huracan.

Here on switch this car is still in its unnerfed state. It doesn't help that there is a car hunt for it right now. It's overused too
The only reason why I think CCGS isn't used as much anymore is because of the Huracan unleashed event which came out not so long ago. If the unleashed didn't come, I'd be pretty sure the number of corvettes would have never gone down.
The nerf was pretty much a bad one. All it did was drastically kill its TLE potential and do nothing with MP.
What could've been a better rebalance IMO is that top speed buff to 340-342 km/h and nitro nerf to 60 at max, while handling and acceleration remain the same. Touchdrivers wouldn't be upset about speed losses and it would've reduced the amount of shockwave KDs.
Asphalt 9 subreddit also has its Discord server and GS isn't the mug of tea, of the playerbase in r/A9 server either.

I use high speed cars but, mostly i use class B cars because they take less time to recharge their fuel and i don't have time to wait for an S or A class car to recharge, the class B cars recharge faster and you can play 3 or 4 commercials and recharge them, while on high speed cars from class A or class S takes longer to recharge and you have to put lots of commercials, not to mention that they have less fuel bars, i think the for me at least to use more high speed oriented cars is for gameloft to reduce the fuel recharge time for cars and increase the fuel bars for high speed oriented cars
No wonder why Gameloft nerfed this car, I used this car in multiplayer and damn it's easy to drive, just unlocked this legendary car today
I would rather have an Infestation of corvettes, rather than Huracans.
Especially in osaka tracks and Caribbean.
Vettes I can pass in the beginning, cause there acceleration is trash.
And afterwards, all I have to do, is try to maintain my lead on the twisty parts of the track.
With Huracans, you can't even have a lead on them. And are far harder to catch up to, especially if the driver knows what he/she is doing.
I absolutely agree with you on this. Im afraid this season a lot of people are going to maxed out Huracan because of the Lambo pack.

I think it's better to have extreme stats in one area because if you can utilize that one stat perfectly you beat players using all rounded cars. I find that my maxed SCG 08 destroys Corvettes in gold league because I can always get to my top speed and maintain it using tap-nitro and other speed tricks. 368kmh top speed in B class is no joke 😳.
I’m a touchdrive player and I use my 2800 ranked corvette. It’s so easy to drive.
They are easy to drive that's true but one more reason is that these cars are far more easy to get than those high top speed cars , many players will not even have Apollo N till yet but almost everyone has ccgs at good rank same goes to DS, Evo, and Egoista. And this car cost a lot less to upgrade too, refeuls in just 2 hour.
DS has a really good handling and nitro, but I tend to use BMW i8 cause it's interesting to drive has a speed of 300km with blue niitro which tends to deplete fast( which makes it interesting to play on when to use it and when to not). for b corvette is still my best choice cause I don't have any other good cars at good start, and I'm using it in Platinum league as well. trying to get to legend league so I can use my 3* chiron.
the nerf still feels to me like GL just wanted people spending tokens and money on the new cars, just like companies nerf older popular phones so people buy the new ones. On the other side I wouldn't mind another Huracan event since mine is only 2* or AT96 since it's quite weak in Platinum at 3*

I’ve played Asphalt 8 for nearly 6 years and started a fresh account. I downloaded the app and now everything has been nerfed because Gameloft wants us to download Asphalt 9, but my device always crashes on Asphalt 9. I realized this because, when I was looking in class d I saw the Audi R3 Sportback In class d. And even worse are the prices of the car. For example:

Past: 45,000 Present: 300,000
Now the most amount of credit I’ve ever had(even on my old) was as much as the Ferrari F12 Berlinetta with the old one. Now everything has been nerfed and increased price. I use to love this game, now I hate this game. Now uninstalling Asphalt 8.
I wish I can use other cars well and I know I gotta practice with them to get better. But I just don’t have the time to. And also I really want the Zenvo and the ZR1.

Talking about variety I used to grind mp with ACR and Rezvani but this seoson I used M4 GTS wich is pretty good especially after those ACR giveaway
May I recommend you to use Acura NSX? It's completely better than M4 GTS and the Viper ACR. It competing very well againts Vencer or above, even with low - mid end B Class. But if you don't have it, the Pininfarina would be good either

Top speed is not everything; the other stats matter too. Corvette can maintain its top speed for a long time. Good luck doing the same with Asterion.

I hate this car. Because of this car can't win a single MP race. There is no variety. All the old players have maxed it out through car hunts, what about new players that don't have it?

lmao sadly, the only high rank B-class cars that I have is the Chevy Corvette GS, so I still use it in multiplayer. My only other 3000+ B-class car is the DBS Superlegga, but it's still 500 ranks behind my Corvette GS.

@@nicolaemihai3581 That's not quite what the problem is. Ever since a few weeks ago I have been restricted from playing multiplayer, claiming rewards (multiplayer and club), certain events and the Jesko Grand Prix due to ''Age Restrictions.'' It has been quite annoying.

I use a program called X-Mouse Button
or maybe just remove shockwave knockdown .. it will solve many problems for people who dont have or use corvette gs
