    • @zackyezek3760
      @zackyezek3760 Před 2 lety +1

      Easy: Gruden.
      Gruden got fired because:
      1) Mediocre job performance as coach, quite bad as GM.
      2) His contract was an expensive long-term albatross for an owner with money issues
      3) He said things that offended the professionally offended, esp. sports media types, in PRIVATE emails.
      Urban Meyer in contrast:
      1) TERRIBLE job performance in the pros, and frankly suspect performance in college (gaming the broken NCAA oligarchy vs. actual coaching ability).
      2) A complete lack of personal character or self control. This guy constantly came across as a raging, stupid a$$hole; he was a walking stereotype.
      3) He actually DID things that are toxic- kicking a guy, public screaming matches with his own staff, ditching the team to go chase booty in some bar.
      Gruden is merely a bad hire, and the Raiders got a few years of mediocre football for their money. Meyer is in the Rich Kotite tier of awful, and his brief tenure was basically a massive septic tank explosion. It's no contest.

      @@pjpredhomme7699 A lot of players sure did have a problem with Patricia in Detroit. The 1st game Patricia was gone the players were commenting to each other about having fun playing and being happy without Patricia. Their sideline was an atmosphere of celebration. However, Patricia never kicked a player. Guy's like Meyer and Patricia are simply not cut-out to coach. How they got to where they did is something that I do not understand.
