not a reproach but fortunately i didn't watch this video before my Freshfields interview, especially in respect of the questions they asked to you, i would have been completely freaked out 😅 It went well for me and I've got my damn internship 😁

I'm so glad you found it helpful :) It depends on whether you're asking a member of grad recruitment or partner, but I asked things like 'what has personally been your most fulfilling experience here', 'why do you think you're a good fit for the firm?', 'What is the most innovative way your firm is addressing XYZ (I asked about gender inequality at the top levels but can apply to anything'. Basically get creative, make sure your questions are personalised/personalisable and not easily found on the website, and feel free to be slightly interrogative. Hope that helps!
