      Me too, stainlessnes is very important to me since i live in Puerto Rico, relatively humid year round and high salt do to the close proximity to beaches.

    I would be interested to know why Becker likes to use the 1095 steel so much.

      What the first guy said. 1095 is about as “tough” as you can get. You can pry with it, baton it, throw it, and re-sharpen it really easily. It’s a great steel for survival knifes; with it’s only downfall being its proneness to rusting. Are there other steels out there that are better? Yes, but they aren’t nearly as cheap as 1095

    sooo many cheap rubbish copies of this knife on the market now
