Short Bolognese description:
The Bolognese is a pretty small, stocky and compact dog breed with average height between 25-30 cm which is 10-12 inch and weight is between 2,5-4 kg, which is 6-9 pounds. There are no extreme size differences between males and females.
The hallmark of the Bolognese breed and the first thing you will notice about the Bolognese is the beautiful fluffy white coat. The coat is thick, curly and long all over the body, from head to tail. It is shorter on the muzzle. The only possible color is white, but they can have very slight shades of ivory.

While I was waiting for my Bolognese puppy I used to watch this video a lot. Now my little baby boy just turned 1 year old and he is as adorable as all the Bolos in this video. He's the sweetest, kindest dog with a heart of gold. He has a natural dignity and elegance that must come from all those generations spent around European nobility. He never drools or slobbers. He rarely barks - only when he wants to play. His coat is extremely soft and beautiful. He's a perfect little guy!

My bolognese just died yesterday, at the ripe age of 15. I can attest to the amazingly loving and kind nature of them (my family had two other bolognese dogs before him, and I grew up with them), their incredible patience with children, as well as the suprisingly fierce protectiveness of their pack.
I've always wanted bigger dogs before, but I don't think I can go back from bolognese now. They are the perfect snuggle dogs.

Well, I finally got a dog of my own and of course it had to be a Bolognese.
I saw him and I knew. I guess he saw me and he knew too because he jumped on my lap and stuck his tongue inside my nose. He's the cuddliest dog you've ever seen.
I think what stands out most to me about my Bolognese is her level of interest and understanding of what i say. I swear this dog understands me and cares! The way she cocks her head to the side and eye contact is AMAZING!!! My best little friend!!💜💜💜

I had to put down my 13 year old Bolognese . four days ago. Its the best breed and my Billy was the best . I am devastated and my heart is about to break when I see the video.

I have Bolognese little girl !!! She is adorable and very loving baby . Her fur is so soft, just like silk . I am very lucky to have my baby next to me and comfort me when I need some love, and she gives me plenty of it !!!

I have a maltese, the more i see this the more im convinced mines a bolognese, my dogs momma is a maltese but the dad i dont know, her hair is straight and shes slim-sleek. My dog is just curly hair and it looks messy just like these bolognese, no difference at all
