I think i was 145 lbs out of high school- and i am 180 lbs now, i should be down around 160 for better health, IT is worth a try after watching all the carnivore , keto, supper low carb dieters.THANKS FOR sharing the nice results.

I’m all for that….feeling good!
Great guest and I use her words daily. She said in a video that you need to look at carnivore not for just weight loss, you need to also always remember that you feel amazing because of carnivore. Fat loss is great and motivating but if you just concentrate on that you will make slip ups.
@@dealwolfstriked272 You are so right! It's so important to feel good! This is why before eating my ribeye, I rub it all over my hairy chest. Boy, does that make me feel good!
Great idea. Keeps the nipples supple.

Included in Rule #5 is: Don't eat the butter!!
@collins5038 that's what 2x speed is for!
I think I need to cut out everything white, i do like protein, meat, fish,, chicken, veggies, salads... can u drink alcohol or wine on this diet 🤔? That's my weekend guilty pleasure. Hope its ok if i post this and ask these questions... read the rules quickly but don't want to post anything I shouldn't
@@ldbagge You can get low carb alcohol, or check the carb value on the alcohol you like and only have the amount that will only be a small amount of carbs (0-20 total carbs is usually recommended for a day although you may go higher at times if that works for you)
My go to diet, back in the day, was Atkins. I lost a lot of weight on it. I never liked vegetables or fruit so I would skip them on Atkins. I've been on carnivore for 5 mos. I thought it was easy to get into maybe because Atkins is so similar. Enjoyed the interview. I get so tired of people demonizing other people's food decisions with a purist attitude. It's a personal thing. Freedom!
Who is demonizing anyone? Why cant we bave a discussion about something without being called dogmatic or being accused of demonizing someone.
Why can't I have my own opinion? You think you know best. Scroll on by, you're boring.

I'm in my 60s and doing Carnivore has improved my life and health in astounding ways! Lost 65 pounds. My severe headaches and neck arthritis is gone as well as menopause issues. I feel so good. I eat mostly ribeyes. I also still drink Diet Coke and have coffee with creamer. Give Carnivore a try!
That’s awesome!! How long have you been doing carnivore? I’m considering as well and also in my 60’s. God bless!!🙏
That is encouraging! Thank you, @pamlovell9125
I'm going to be 61 and am pretty healthy besides high triglycerides and pre diabetic. And aside from that, although I'm pretty healthy, I'm starting to feel my age. My hair is starting to thin and i want to be around for my beautiful grandbabies as long as I can so I am just starting this now.
So glad you said you still drink coffee with creamer. That's a hard one for me to give up
@@shawnaferguson5819 Same! 61. prediabetic with high triglycerides too. I just had a bowl full of bacon and beef liver fresh from local butcher shop. I needed more bacon and to have sliced the liver thinner. It was delicious. Who knew?
Besides Dr Berry this women was probably one of the most helpful of how I want my Carnivore diet to look like. Thank you
Just remember, every BODY is different
Love Dr Berry been following him for years !
I love hearing from those that aren't so strict. Just shows that you can still have a lot of success even if you're not perfect.
I go by how I feel when it comes to balancing fat/ protein. To much fat( diarrhea). Protein gives me tons of energy, not enough my joints hurt. Once you find that sweet spot, stick with it. I’m in a year as of August1st 2023.starting weight 285, Now 180 and counting😊
Wow! Awesome!
Nice. Whats your main choice of meat?
wonderful results
Now I'm 322 days carnivore and I've cut way back on the butter. It was causing nausea and now with just a tablespoon a day I'm satisfied and no more nausea. I don't believe in rules especially once your eating style has been established and you have learned what version of carnivore works for YOU . and my version works for me and I've quit sharing it because there are too many zealots and haters who want to criticize if I eat something they think isn't carnivore. ❤
Amen. I agree. Individual thing. Hubby and I do a different program we are not the same at all but we both are doing great😊
probably lucky your not dead yet! 🤣😂🤣
I think what ever works for you cause everybody is different
@@WFPBFORLIFE there’s no luck involved at all - it’s science. What they teach in nutrition school and the “food pyramid” is garbage.
The word "carnivore" seems to be a red flag to most doctors and, of course, to uninformed laypeople (as it would have been to me a few months ago before I educated myself via Dr Berry and Kelly Hogan, et al); therefore, I just say something less-triggering like "I'm mostly focused on protein right now" and that seems to be benign enough that people usually just move on. Of course, if you want your PCP to know what's going on, you have to be honest with him/her ("my LDL may seem high because I'm carnivore-ish, but I don't plan to go on statins at this time"), but in most everyday situations, the less said the better. And for those who want to push other foods on you (like at a large family gathering or some other group setting where there's usually an abundance of desserts and other carb-laden dishes), my go-to phrase is "I might get some later" (which I won't). If you truthfully and bluntly state you're no longer partaking in these, that just brings the food-pushers outta the woodwork. Don't do it! :)
I love this kind of interview. Keep them coming. It fights back against dogma and encourages that we do the method is best for us. I am so tired of the idealist dogma in the carnivore community - which is happily not found on THIS channel.
Personally, I am about 95% carnivore (meat, fat, a bit of dairy), but: I love my coffee. I drink things like Mio, and tea, and flavored electrolyes. I eat small amounts of berries or zucchini or even a little bit of mango sometimes. I have some chocolate during my period. I enjoy fasting. I have alcohol once in a while (though it does not have me feeling my best). I will make a keto birthday cake on my birthday. It's ok not to do things "perfectly" and it's so important that we encourage people to do carnivore or carnivorish or keto in a way that works for them.
Finally I found someone on CZcams who is not taking LMT, thanks to Lisa for her honesty
I’ve tired it and it’s too salty
LMNT helps me tremendously. Love it.

I really enjoyed this conversation. Lisa is lovely, and real and relatable.
I began the carnivore diet when my rheumatologist told me that the medications he prescribed were killing my liver. Enough is enough. My goal is not to lose some weight, (although it would be wonderful to lose 100 pounds) but I wanted to ease the pain in my joints (knees and hips, sciatica). I was researching "anti-inflammatory diets" when I found carnivore. Although not a purist, like Lisa, I'm working through to find what is best for my health. I have stopped process food, sugar, bread, pasta, ugh and french fries. I was sure I would quit after a few weeks but I am feeling so good and I've lost 11 pounds in 11 days without trying. Pretty sure it had to do with the "dumping" phase. I have more to say but I'll stop here until next time.
How are you feeling now?
Lost 100lbs and disappeared 👻
I am 7 months in.. I allow myself my 2 black coffees every morning..my weight loss is fantastic.. down 80 pounds and still losing. The coffee is not interfering with anything for me..I don't eat a lot of butter anymore.. sometimes when I eat it I get nausea
Yes, coffee is a simple pleasure. Also I find if I cannot eat just then, coffee will stave off my appetite until I can.
80 lbs!? That is amazing. Glad you have found what works for you.
@@Seraphina_Atley It is what we all need to be doing.. I will be happy when I hit 150.. that will make it 100 pounds in total..but I shall continue this way of eating because I love it.. I know my body will continue to change and lose more body fat and that is just fine with me.. knowing that if I just continue eating like this I will be thin, fit and healthy. Who doesn't want to aspire to that.. also .. I have not had one cheat on this diet..
That is wonderful!! So you are 80 lbs down by eating Carnivore?
Could your gall bladder need some support to process all that fat? Ox bile salts and enzymes are often recommended to boost the gall bladder that’s become accustomed in the past to much less fat.
This was so refreshing, to hear Lisa talk about all her little cheats, and listening to her body. She’s made this health journey work for her.
Today I am in day 8 and have lost a pound a day! Can’t believe it. I have arthritis in my hands and I can feel a little improvement. Can’t wait for what comes next!!
Keep going sometimes it takes 6 months to get results don't stop
A pound a day? Wow! You must have weighed a lot. I'm struggling to get a pound a month. I have about 4 pounds to lose to get to my perfect BMI.
Well done! Keep it up, you can do it!🙌
Good job
Have you cut out everything? I'm having a sweet problem I'm craving sweets
It’s good to hear about the Coke and ketchup:). I’m just a beginner in the U.K., Oxfordshire. Last night I had just chicken from a kebab shop. Stocked up on meat 🥩 from Aldi. Researching grills/air-fryers. Wish me luck 🍀
You can do it!
How is it going?
Hi from Hereford , doing well on carnivore x
Hi from Yorkshire 😊 I've just started on my carnivore journey. I'm looking forward to being pain-free! Good luck.
💚 Great conversation Ladies! Carnivore is not a dogmatic religion and I love hearing what works for different people. So refreshing 😊 💚
Love this! After listening to Lisa I’m encouraged to hang in and allow my body to heal. Im 78 and it’s taking my joints longer to heal. I think I deal with resetting too often. I’m going to be better at pure carnivore.
I'm 75 and I think I've really done a number on my metabolism experimenting with one type of diet and then another over the decades. Plus did I mention I'm SEVENTY-FIVE??? And am healing from a Total Knee Replacement and some pulmonary issues, so my stamina for exercise-walking is not 100% yet. (That's my story and I'm sticking with it. :)
YES! I have few vices...no coffee, tea, alcohol...but I'm keeping my Diet Coke (and if they would bring Tab back, I would LOVE it)!!! I've lost 23 pounds since May 27th (and I'm 66) so Diet Coke is not hindering my weight loss at all!!! Nor do I experience cravings for those who say that you can't get over cravings for sweets.
When it's hot outside--like now--it's very refreshing to pop a cherry tomato or two in my mouth...or have sautéed mushrooms with my burger patty or steak...or a few slices of cucumber or pickles. Now and again, I'll eat some avocado. None of it upsets my digestion. OH!!! I found a stevia-sweetened ketchup at Kroger, and I put it on my ground beef...or alternately will add cheese to it.
I bill myself as ketovore and allow all those variations, but 95% of my diet is carnivore.
Fyi.... I've seen Tab at H-E-B (Texas grocery store)
Here is a recipe I got from Rosalie Brown, the fitness expert. She calls it Meatza
Two pounds beef, an egg, your choice of seasonings. Mix it all up and flatten the meat out on a baking sheet, bake @ 400 for about 20-25 mins. Then add your toppings. I do add cheese and some parsley, pepperoni. Put it back in the oven, until it melts. Very good! 😊
I love the Carnivore diet because it’s so forgiving. I get frustrated with who I call the “carnivore police” scrutinizing every little variance. If you are even 80% carnivore you are doing better than the SAD diet. I try to keep it pure, but occasional veggies happen. I also haven’t completely 86’d alcohol…that is scheduled for after Labor Day. Alcohol is keeping me from losing weight, but I still feel so much healthier. Find your way and give yourself permission to fail upward!
We are all different and what works for one person will not for other. The whole point is finding what works for us, not what works for others.
I have fallen off the wagon not back to SAD, but low carb I started to ballon, feeling heavy and awful stress has been taking a toll. I am loving this approach this time around not forcing fasting, or high fat, or counting just eating carnivore foods and maybe strawberries here and there. I'm taking the pressure off I don't think I can take more pressure right now. Giving myself grace but eating what I know works well for my body. I don't have to be perfect to get results I can have some cheese whatever keeps me consistent. Thank you for this video love you ladies ❤
Yes, I am taking the same approach as you, much happier. Consider organic white button or shiitake mushrooms. Konjac noodles or konjac rice
You are so beautiful!!
@@candacecanderson you are so sweet. Thank you so much!
Yes, stress raises your cortisol and can impede your progress. Say no to stress! :)

Me too! I love how genuine Lisa is ❤️
Thank you for this great video. I have been having trouble staying "strict" carnivore. Love that she experimented and found what worked for her...gives me hope to keep working on this and finding my way, while staying carnivore. Always love your videos! 😍
Same. I’m playing on hard mode with a non-carnivore family and childhood trauma that created significant emotional connections with food. I get burnt out sometimes and end up binging on ice cream or something. Lately I’ve been trying to compromise by doing what I call “dirty carnivore,” allowing myself processed meats, maybe some tomato sauce on an otherwise carnivore version of pizza or something, and I thought I was failing at carnivore. Seeing someone else being successful while following “dirty carnivore” is very encouraging to me!
I've been on a carnivore/ketovore diet for about 100 days. So far I've lost about 35-40 pounds. BUT my idea of this lifestyle isn't so much about strict protein, because there are foods that are high in protein that you can't eat such as lentils and some seeds. But those items are also high in carbohydrates. So I have decided that what this lifestyle is really about is it's a sugar fast. Your body converts carbohydrates into sugar so if I stay away from carbohydrates or at the very least I keep my carb count for the day under 10 carbs, it's a win! By doing this, I'm able to stay on this diet and don't feel like I'm being deprived of anything. Also, I have a nasty case of auto-immune disease and it has improved by 70-80%!!
Lentils and beans aint very high protein because they contain antinutrients that inhibit you taking up nutrition in your stomach, ya basically just get poisoned and poop out most of it.
What did you eat?
Honestly, I eat a lot of dairy- cheese, yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese. I read that stevia and monk fruit are actually good for you, so I use them liberally. For desert I usually make either sugar free jello or custard. I put whipping cream in my coffee. I use clarified butter or bacon grease to cook with. One of my favorite meals is to fry up some ground turkey that's been seasoned with either taco or italian seasoning then mix a couple of scrambled eggs with it and load that into a cheese wrap. Even though I try, I don't quite get enough fat in my diet so my weight loss has stalled. For me that's okay because my goal was to help my severe RA and I accomplished that. I made a beef roast in my instant pot the other day and it was so good I ate almost half of it as I was taking it out of the pan!😄
Pork rinds are my salty crunchy treat. I ate an entire bag of the 4505 hatch chili pork rinds one night and then added up the calories. Over a thousand calories. I was up 3 pounds the next day. Live and learn. I’ve backed way off of those.
Oh man I would love to try a couple of those!!!! I grew up in hatch green chili country!!
@@CARNIVORE-RN me too! I grew up in Santa Fe and Albuquerque!
That's just water weight. You can't gain that much fat overnight.
Hi Erin…yes pork rinds are ok…and calories do add up that’s good you backed off….
@@CARNIVORE-RN me too! Grew up in Santa Fe and Albuquerque
Thank you so much for sharing this interview. I’m not perfect either in my quest for carnivore, and what a relief it was to watch this. I’m a newbie, I’ve being doing low carb for the past year, I lost 30 kg but gained back 10kg, so now I’m trying carnivore to lose those last 10kg. I did two weeks strict but then had stress plus plus and fell off, now I’m coming back with a little more gentleness. I heard Dr Sean O’mara included fermented veges so I’m including a bit of sauerkraut. Also letting myself have a bit of healthy mustard on my steak. So far so good, feeling better for trying again. Bless you both, so glad I found your channel❤
I'll tell you what is happening with sucralose. Sucralose was initially meant to be an insecticide until they discovered how sweet it was and so the company (O'Neils) I think that's their name, decided that they can make more money selling sucralose as an artificial sweetener and so Splenda was born. The advertising is so deceiving (evil even) cause they sell sucralose as something that tastes just like sugar and so many people have fallen for it. It's a shame.
WOW!!
These manufacturers have no scruples. I have to read all the ingredients on everything as i don’t trust them.
Absolutely poison. So glad I've never been addicted to any kind of soda. Was not a big fan even as a kid and back in the eighties the high fructose syrup showed up. Never touched it again. Tasted horrible. The body builders never touched that stuff. When my roommate brought home Crystal lite lemonade I had some but threw it up. Done. over n out for me. Nasty stuff. All about greed.
Splenda deteriorates the thyroid.

Im 100% Pro Carnivore, still trying to find what works for me. It is the socializing with friends that is the hardest. I can give up alcohol-not a problem, and yes my friends give me a hard time-but I ignore it. But it is not easy. It seems there a lot of people on YT that actually don't go out with friends every Friday and Saturday. I am married, just turned another decade, retired, and we spend weekends with friends. There is always food and alcohol involved. LOVE Lisa- she is one of the O.G. honest and sweet!!!!

Thanks for a great interview ladies! I watch Lisa weekly, love her.
I have had hip pain for around 5 years. I just quit cheddar cheese and it has completely gone in under 2 weeks, this is now, August 2023
REALLY enjoyed this! Excellent information and very organized yet flexibly not stiffly discussed ... and VERY relevant ... well titled, beautifully shot and presented by two lovely and well-spoken ladies! Will definitely share this with my husband, at the least! TY!
Thank you SO MUCH for this video!!! My husband and I are new to the carnivore lifestyle and what you two shared here was extremely helpful!
Brilliant and informative interview. Thank you for this!!
Many of these "rules" aren't rules at all. Keep in mind, you can lose all sorts of weight and be unhealthy. I was at 4 percent body fat and ripped to shreds for years on the Zone diet but full of inflammation. E erybody told me how healthy i was based on body composition...I fooled myself too. Thank God I found carnivore.
Great insight and point of view, thank you for sharing !

Recently-- last couple months-- I've been breaking rules just a LITTLE every so often-- once or twice a week--- and my face is a mess, dandruff, digestive problems- (now I'm jet propelled)...and I HURT all over-- terribly-- even when lying down... (all that HAD gone away.. )
Some bodies really need a stricter carnivore version than others. You are smart to pay attention to what makes you feel the best.
I love this lady! I am new to carnivore no so I haven't seen her before. She is practical. Thanks for interviewing her!
I love this interview…. Thanks!

God bless you Lisa! It makes me feel so good for listening to what you've shared. I too feel the need of having a little more then meat and salt and water. I've kept a little cheese, onions, tomato, and sometimes i feel the need of having a sparckly water with lemon.
I have heard quite a few people say pork rinds are a guilty pleasure. Why is that? I eat them almost every day. Currently down 40 lbs with a BMI of 23.5. Feel awesome.
Lisa Duncan is adorable! I really enjoyed that interview. TY Good video!!
Such a great interview! Makes carnivore way of life so approachable, relatable, down to earth, fun and happy way of doing it, yet taking it seriously at the same time.
I can relate to a lot of what you girls mention..
Joint pain! Intense right shoulder pain, IBS! Bloating, Gut issues, constipation, major depression…
These things are what lead me to looking into this way. So far a little over a week in and I’m already noticing and feeling a difference. No bloating! Major reduction in joint pain…
My naughty treat when I want something sweet is a slice of liverwurst with cream cheese on it. It tastes so sweet to me. Is it the cleanest food? Absolutely not, but it's better than a bag of gummy worms. This was so refreshing, we all are so tired of dogmatic people scolding everyone for having something not carnivore. I feel like what I eat 95% of the time is where the magic lies. I'm 50, almost 8 mo animal based and healed 8 different health issues quite quickly. Now I want some ribeye. 🥩
Bravo. Excellent ❤
Hi Tamm..sounds great will try

Thank you Lisa for your genuineness. I did the butter thing too. Bad advice as it doesn’t work. Again thanks for your wisdom.
This diet lifestyle is my MEDICINE!!!!! I feel so much better!!+
You can use the pork rinds as coating for shrimp, chicken etc
Love that you don;t eat grass fed beef!! My husband and I have raised beef cattle for 40 years and we finish our beef with grain. (All cattle are grass fed) It is so much better tasting . We raised a few grass fed for friends and kept a side and it was NOT as good.

Love this balanced approach👍
Yay! So glad to see Lisa interviewed on a carnivore channel!! 😁
I love this because it makes the lifestyle more sustainable! Thank you
Lisa!! I love how you look at your eating plan in a balanced way. Not being too strict and choosing items that will allow you to stay consistent.
I’ve transitioned my dogs onto a homemade carnivore diet also and when I share that with people the number one question I get is how do they get their vitamins. Crazy.
My dog hasn't eaten any dog food since she was a year old. She refused.😅 she's little but fierce and healthy. She eats what we eat mostly and is now 9+ years old. Still active and very happy little dog 😊
I have tried giving my little dog just beef and he had diarrhea so my husband wants me to switch him back to dry food ugh 😩
@@signyourdeedrealty-jennife4596 I would check out some raw dog food channels for advice. There's more in the food I make than just beef. It's a ratio of meat/bone/organs. It's a change for their little system just like for us humans. We can experience diarrhea going all beef too from a SAD way of eating. I would encourage anyone to put their pup on a balanced carnivore diet. Their coats are beautiful, they have no odor, and their poops are small. I wish you luck if you choose the raw lifestyle for your pup.

30:08 So, I've been carnivore for 7 months. The one and only "treat" I allow myself, and it's only once every couple weeks is my knock-off milk shake. I take 6 oz of heavy cream and 6 oz of whole milk with a couple good dashes of, either, vanilla or cake batter extract. Blend it with a wand blender....um, yea. After months of no other sweet, sugary treats, it is out-of-this-world good! I guess this makes me not a purist. I'm cool with that though. Eat well my friends!
Hi Chad..good idea will try better for you then keto chow…
Omg that sounds amazing!!! 🤤
I love Dr. Berry too! I also enjoy and have learned a lot from Dr. Cywes. He talks touches on the emotional side of carb addiction. Lisa, I have watched your channel since way back in the day. You're so inspiring to me and you give me hope that I can do it.
He loss if my joint pain was my biggest surprise also. It's so miraculous and the best result. People look at me like I'm lying but that's their loss. I told my husband he needs this because of his severe pain and he won't so I told him he's attached to the pain too much or he would see my improvement and change his SAD
Your hubby just doesn’t understand yet how powerful food is as a medicine! I totally get it cause I kept my doc close to me for my autoimmune disease and yet food did 95% of the work 😅
Maybe hubby has a food addiction and is afraid to fail if he tries to give up carbs . Or really needs physical pain as a means of expressing emotional pain, not in a conscious way of course. Please don't try to shame him into change as this will only backfire. Instead be good to yourself, do your own thing and cherish your own healing
Have fun ! ❤
Maybe he will come around eventually. My did. Got off bp medicine in 3 weeks. Does modified keto and is doing well. Lost too much weight initially.
@@dianetrue2396 I wish! We do not live together. I cannot be around his negativity. It's his life and I'm done trying to help. Some people just want to wallow in their misery. ❤😀

She’s right we have to our own detectives regarding what makes us feel good or not so good. I found out i was having an allergic reaction to erythritol. This artificial sweetener is a lot of things!

This was a wonderful show! Lisa and her tips about do the best you can in certain situations. And I love that she kept notebooks about her trying different foods to see what worked for her. Last, that you don’t have to be rigid to still have wonderful results like losing her joint pain!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
She keeps it plain and simple! Easy to follow!
Ty for this! Huge help
Voting for Dr. Berry as well!
Great interview!!
I’m approaching my journey in this manner. I have a berry smoothie 2-3 times a week. I have tried avocado with no issue. I think I’ll be in the 85% meat-based carnivore. I don’t have milk or creams. I do have a bit of cheese. I cut out my tea and coffee because it is mushroom coffee. The only thing I’m hoping for is fixed joint pain. It already seems to be subsiding.
Thank you for your honesty. I can really relate to Lisa. I began my carnivore journey this way, and the exact reason why I don’t label myself anymore. I eat the ANNA Diet. And it works for me.
So much of this resonates with me. I was only commenting on another channel this morning about how I don’t tolerate animal fat very well and trying to figure out what to do about it. At the moment I am trying to workout if I can tolerate cheese. I have only been on consistent carnivore for a week, so I am currently trying to figure out what works for me. Brilliant interview ❤❤
I wonder if extra virgin olive oil would be a decent substitute for butter. Do they make lactose free cheese? Maybe you can get away with a small amount of animal fat. Also remember that eating dinner early will be helpful regarding what you can tolerate.
1 tbl. of natural peanut butter or 1 oz of cheese
Great interview! You do such a good job of asking questions with answers I need to hear.
Lisa is refreshing and honest with her carnivore journey. I feel less of a failure after listening to her. Less fat! Calories matter! Diet Coke! McD!
Love Lisa,Lisa, never knew why she looked so good. I am glad you had her on your video.
That was an amazing interview, one of your best! What a smart woman Lisa is.
Phenomenal- loved the practical real life story - I could relate
What a great Duo...you girls are full of great i formation im listeni g to every word you say...thankyou for all your knowledge 😊😊
What a wonderful interview with Lisa Duncan! Very enjoyable. Just Subscribed to Lisa’s channel👍 5 Minute Body you never disappoint with the great interviews you provide to us. Thank you❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I am a person that takes a realistic approach to my carnivore journey as well. At different times I am more strict than other times. If my body tells me that I need to be more strict then I dial back things I know are on the fence. Thanks Lisa❤
LOVE LiSA, and her Channel.
I just love Lisa! She's such a sweet lady. I've been following her for a few years on her beauty channel and recently her carnivore journey and her successes. What a doll she is! :)))))
On the rare occasion I order a burger, I just order what everyone else gets and including the buns, but I just don't eat the buns. They can go into compost for my flower garden.
Great strategy. Don't make a big fuzz. Keep everyone calm and don't make it difficult for the waitperson.
I love this woman! She looks at it like I do, if its not stalling my weight loss and making me feel bad, I enjoy it in moderation! This diet has to last the rest of my life, that means I have to have some "guilty pleasures" AKA sprite zero/coke zero with tons of ice for me, I do limit it to a few times per month. And I drink one cup of coffee in the morning with butter and an egg yolk. I also have 6 kids and im a homeschooling SAHM, so we are living on one income, I also cannot afford grass fed beef and organic eggs ect, especially with todays outrageous prices! So ya I break alot of the "rules" on carnivore also. lol
I find that LMNT Chocolate Salt added to my coffee is satisfying and here and there I will have Greek yogurt with a small amount of berries and I drink a few Flavored Bubbly sparkling water each week. I suffered from hunners ulcers within the wall of my bladder caused by oxalates so my family is fine with me eating mostly meat, but outside of family I don't use the word Carnivore.
I use the chocolate flavored to make a mock hot chocolate at night ❤
@@staceya9580 me too! It is such a treat.
What is LMNT MEAN
LMNT is a Brand Name for the company that sells Electrolyte powder. I would assume it refers to the word ELEMENT which are what we call minerals that are listed on a periodic table. For example, Sodium is NA, Potassium is K, and Magnesium is Mg. @@cathyhunter1263

❤️❤️❤️ Mrs. Lisa D !!!!!!!
Thank you for your honesty and totally reinforces the point that we need to do what we need to in order to make this lifestyle sustainable. If you're miserable you won't stick with it. For us(me and my family) Aspartame really messes with our brains and my husbands blood sugar(he's a t1d) and we try to stay away from sucralose as well. But we do limited liquid stevia, pure stevia, liquid monk fruit and allulose. Many people think that is awful and then we aren't carnivore enough, it doesn't cause us sweet cravings and doesn't hinder our health so we roll with it.
Thanks for sharing, what a lovely woman, inside and out❤
Rina what is a typical day of eating for you now that butter is reduce?
PS. You ❤two are such a pleasure to watch and listen to. Thank you
