Installing sound deadener in my Toyota Coaster bus

This week I installed sound deadener matting in the floor of the cab area in my bus.
This was by far the easiest job on the whole bus conversion so far!
The sound deadener I used came from Carbuilders:

it would be interesting to take some before and after acoustic readings to quantify the effectiveness - do you know has this been done?

Those butyl mats are really going to cut down on the noise. It's a night and day difference on my bus. Sometimes you can't even tell the bus is running!
