    I just quit in October, and it was rough. Had 3 in November and it made me sick. Haven't smoked since. But now I can breathe better and I can smell my shampoo and laundry detergent lol.

      Dude! It’s so hard! And yet, easier the time I actually did quit than the times I tried.. so who knows.
      My anxiety levels are 60% lower. No exaggeration, and that’s Fukkin crazy. Though, Makes sense considering it’s a stimulant so you want more before the hits blown out… waking up with anxiety because of micro nicotine detox every day is something I’m grateful to no longer have.

    Good for you! I quit in May of 1998 after decades of smoking. We tend to trade down our addictions. Unfortunately I'm down to food😅 The one addiction you still have to have to survive 😅 Oy vey!

      I think that one will be with me all along. Then again, cooking is part of my creative outlets as well… glad you were able to quit. It’s been the hardest thing so far for me.

      @@locdoctorfell it was the hardest for me too, until food became the new addiction. It's a live hate thing🥴

      I think, as humans, we will tend to over consume whatever. Hence why every world philosophy speaks to it in some form
