There's no end to creativity indeed...will definitely try one or more of these. I'm a beginner and my hands feel really feeble when I try this pose. I truly appreciate your advise, "don't get attached to the outcome", duly noted 👌

Wonderful, Nicolette. Thank you for listening and going through the entire video. I salute your attention span and curiosity for learning. And getting that message as a beginner will serve you well on this path of yoga 🙏💗

The effect on the nervous system is so important, and also to remember that it is a process, as our bodies and minds work into this important posture with each attempt over time. Consistency in practicing is the key! The strength, flexibility, and courage develop over time. Thank you for motivating me to work with different tools to improve this posture. Om Namah Sivaya 🙏🏻🕉

Thanks Anita for making this video for me. You have explained it very well. I have a gym ball at home. I will definitely try using it. When I was 10 years old that time the circumference of my wrist was same as today. However, nothing is impossible for God. I will keep practising this pose with the alternative methods you have introduced. I will update you on my progress. My name is Amita from India. The way you explain is incredible. Have a Blessed Day🧚

It’s my pleasure, Amita. Consider it me paying back for all the gifts I have received and continue to receive from India 🥰 All the best with practice. If you do share months from now, make a new comment so I am sure to receive it. Would love to hear the discoveries 🙏💗

What's the benefit of doing the wheel? Good idea using the pilates ball to train

Briefly; it’s a yoga pose that’s in the back bending category and that means it stretches the muscles of the front body and strengthens the muscles of the back body in extension. If you go into the full wheel it will stretch these areas including more focus on shoulder, back and chest. On a philosophical level backbends are considered “heart openers” and “open us up” spiritually, if that makes sense 🙏
