Here you have the recipe. Just a copy & paste from the site: 😉 Ingredients 1 loaf of any Italian bread (I used Pane de Casa) 3 shallots 2 garlic bulbs 125g butter, softened 1 tbsp miso 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes Cheese (i used a mixture of mozzarella and parmesan) Parlsey, chopped 1-2 tbsp honey Method Chop the tops off of the garlic bulbs and shallots. Place them on a piece of foil, drizzle generously with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold up the piece of foil and bake at 180C / 350F for 1hr - 1hr15min or until the garlic and shallots are golden and caramelised. Leave to cool. In a bowl, squeeze out the garlic and shallots. Add butter, miso, chilli flakes, salt and pepper, and mix well until combined. Slice your loaf of bread in half lengthwise and spread over the mixture generously (you can also make slits in your bread to let the butter better seep through). Top with cheese and grill/broil at 180C / 350F for 15-20 mins or until golden brown (remember to keep an eye on it and don’t let it burn!). Once golden and crunchy, top with parsley and honey. Slice to serve.
Roasted garlic is a gift to the culinary world. I make a big batch and make meat loaf, baked apples and pears, cornbread or biscuits, and a baked squash or potTos the same time oven is working. Why waste the heat and energy. Besides, then i have meals for 3 days. This looks great!!!!
Although I believe that there was some crunch assistance going on 😂, this looks amazing and is such an incredible idea. I love both shallots and garlic down to my soul. Why didn't I think of this?? 💡💡💡

I’ve made this recipe for decades thanks to having a mother and father that knew how to COOK , we grew up in Toronto and area, California for first year of high school, parents thought they wanted to move back to the US where they were born and all other family still is,southern Indiana and north of Chicago, Illinois (his family owned a Chicago style pizzeria in their small town near Lake Geneva, and a cute little donut shop, amazing homemade every morning cake style donuts and the local soda and ice cream shop) but after an year we wanted home lol. .. Being we were surrounded by a beautiful melting pot of people, cultures from all over the world here in Toronto, my moms friends would teach her how they made incredible recipes from their home countries that would end up on our weekly dinner menus that we still to this day. ❤ In return she would teach them her families recipes, chicken and dumplings/pot pies etc, her amazing scallop potatoes, sweet breads and rolls, all the southern Indiana side dishes to go with their incredible BBQ foods, the best ever BBQ baked bacon brown surf and my dad would take over to make the families deep dish pizza, we had on each Saturday growing up all made from scratch of course🤪 What is a must add to this recipe… is before you put the butter garlic mixture on the loaf definitely grad in some of a fresh brick of parmigiana cheese. Then add the butter all over the loaf halves. Sprinkling some over top of that cheese when it comes out of the hot oven or BBQ. ITS THE KICK IT NEEDS ❤
