  • This Bible study devotional covers Psalm 3. In this passage, David is lamenting his son’s betrayal. He calls out to God to comfort and rescue him.
    As always, we are committed to showing you how to see the good news of the Gospel in every passage of Scripture. In Psalm 3, we see a foreshadow of Jesus. Jesus would one day be betrayed and surrounded by enemies. But the good news is that through Jesus’ death, David’s prayer comes true! Because of Jesus we can be comforted and rescued.

    One thing I'm learning as an adult studying the Gospel that I did not realize as a child: Jesus is all over the Old Testament. :)
    God bless.

      May you feel the comfort & presence of His Holy Spirit with you thru all the difficult days ahead.grief can be so hard. I had 3 significant similar losses in a 9 month period 8 years ago. I am still locked in grief. And almost 3 years ago my only family, my 2 sons abandoned me & still are not speaking to me. If not for my faith 8n Jesus I would choose to end my life.

    • @blacktwitterforlaughs4743
      @blacktwitterforlaughs4743 Před 2 lety

      1st of all the intro of this video confirms the Falsehood of this guy and his mission or ministry.
      His mission is to see Jesus is all of Scripture and that is a very wrong method of approaching Scripture.
      Jesus is not found in all Scripture.
      So pin pointing verses that are completely out of context and claiming they are talking about Jesus and his Gospel is Falsehood indeed.
      That is why Christianity is a false religion because your faith is based on MISCONTEXTUALISATION of passages whose context is not even about Jesus the Messiah.
      You don't open verse 23 in chapter 7 of a book and say this is Jesus but neglect the entire context of the chapter.
      On what scale can you say your message is true? 0.00000000000001%
      When Jews bring up the context of that verse to prove that this is not what the verse actually says, the message of miscontextualisation completely fails.
      And that is wrong.
      En you teach the Bible, teach ours true context.
      Don't quote verses out of context as proof for Jesus the Messiah.
      That is nothing but deception and Falsehood
