@@woefree3I watch wrestling in general. I'm a fan. Always was. Attitude Era & Ruthless Aggression Era are long gone so their isn't any use for crying over spoiled milk. I enjoy WWE, TNA, WCW/NWO before being discontinued, NJPW, NWA, AEW, ROH, NXT, AAA, Lucha Underground ect. I'm unbiased and I'm here for it all if the promotion delivers. AEW has too much talent that isn't being used on their main roster though. Tony Khan better fix that quickly. I'm watching Royal Rumble 2024 this Saturday which is January 27, 2024. WWE has been better since Vince McMahon sold it and his son in law Paul "Triple H" Levesque has taken over storyline wise. However, I'm most excited to see where TNA goes.

TNA, IMO, is better but always seems to choose the wrong top star ever since AJ left. Nic carrying this company should be a no-brainer in the near future. He's white-hot.

What a redemption story for NEW TNA. A talent the Old management treated so terribly he left never came back, has come back. WELL DONE TNA.
They did not treat him terribly get over it. They gave him an opportunity
It's not that he's treated terribly is he was saddled with a bad gimmick based on stereotype. And to add on to your post, he left, became one of the biggest star in Japan and now returned for a visit
They didn’t treat him poorly. They gave him a bad gimmick. He wasn’t a big name at the time. He was basically a nobody at the time. He was sent overseas to learn other styles of wrestling.
Time for Okada to truly become the belt collector

The ending of this match was booked very well. Okada got to hit the rainmaker and have that big moment, but it was Shelley, a TNA guy, who got the pin. This would not have happened a decade ago. Glad to see TNA is back and they are pushing THEIR talent.
I agree, but unless they were already going long, I feel Myers could've sold it for 5-10 seconds before standing up for Shelley's finisher.
To be honest I expected him to show up in TNA but I never expected him to show up there first.
Who knows? It might be official once his NJPW contract expires.

The colour scheme is amazing on TNA. The red, yellow and black looks decent.
The ropes give it such a different feel and vibe, I’m amazed more companies don’t change the sets/aprons/ropes/canvas etc.. depending on PPV’s and whatnot.

Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin never seem to get older it's insane. Look and wrestle the same way they did like 20 years ago.
They have changed their style to be far easer on their bodies like aj styles did. they are smart.
It's cool that Moose is Okada's first match back in TNA. Okada was a big influence on Moose earlier in his career, to the extent that he started using a modified Rainmaker as a finisher for a time.

Do they have Okada money though? IIRC NJPW pays him almost as much as WWE's main eventers. They're not luring him with Dolph Ziggler money, that's for sure.
Whatever TNA is doing right now deserves a lot of praise : no backstage drama, seemingly no heat between wrestlers and the fans, or TNA and other companies (or not that I'm aware of), and a lot of star power.

I don't wanna see TNA end up like the UK Indy scene did. That partnership with WWE cost them dearly. I'm sorry, I know WWE fans deserve to see their favorites mix it up with other companies' wrestlers like other wrestling fans do. But WWE themselves have *never* treated cross promotions with respect. Ever.
