10 of each ladder drills there and back counts as 1
And the cones I did 20 of each there and back and then for the last two I did 15 and then 10
This workout is very good for cardio too

and it helps with the speed in dribbling
it help with the fundamental footwork in basketball, muscle memory within game, and helps with speed and dribbling and also off ball offense also defense
