~Story~
Long ago, when the deities still walked the land, the Goddess of Knowledge and the God of Love united in a beautiful relationship. Until, one day, the God of Love sacrificed his heart, and with it, its morals. The darkness was slowly taking over him, he filled his lack of love with the worshiping of the people. The godess of Knowledge couldn't bear the sight of a man she once loved turn into a monster. She knew better and left him and the revolution, joining her friend's pantheon, the God of War. Although it pained her, she erased every bit of history they had, leaving the future unknown of what happened.
Many years passed, doomsday arrived, the day where all deities disappeared of the realm, leaving nothing behind. Decades past, and the Gods have chosen their Champions to rule over the land for them. The Keeper of secrets is now back at the temple, ready to learn what truly happened. - Krátké a kreslené filmy

I love how both characters pain are portrayed. The God of Love was already hurting and felt betrayed even before he gave up his heart. The God of Knowledge didn't want to continue watching her lover become something she couldn't stand for so broke it off. (I'm guessing they both knew she had some sort of feelings for her friend since she paid attention more to them then to her lover but denied it until it came to a boiling point and that's why the God of Love felt betrayed even before he lost his heart.)

It kinda annoyed me thinking about how she just left her partner while in his time of need. Doesn't matter if he was turning dark, she's the goddess of wisdom, if she was so wise she would've thought of a solution for her lovers problem. But alas that didn't happen.
But beyond that, the animation, the music, and the story is really great. Good work 👏

Ah sorry, I didn't mean it to come off as rude. As you said I was commenting on such little information the animatic gave. I didn’t, however, mean to say that both parties weren't in the wrong. At the end of the day, I just misspoke. I really do enjoy learning about these characters and the story. And I really enjoy the art as well. I hope this settles this. I’d watch a show about these characters, I’d binge the whole thing in two days and then regret not drawing out my viewing experience for longer, and then proceed to binge the whole thing again

I don’t know these characters, but I felt my heart break a little seeing this.
ok 1) this is incredible and tragic in the best way 2) I got actual chills when she erased herself and the pure anguish on the god of love's face like wow that hurt 100000/10 actually just every emotion is so strong and drawn so clearly they all pack a punch 3) bruh this mash up and the way you use it is just perfection, no idea if you edited it together or what but its an amazing audio choice
The mash up was made by DJL Beats and I first discovered it on an edit of Purple Hyacinth! But omg omg omg thank you so much! I'm so glad it could reach you!

She loved him so much that it hurt but when someone you love is dealing with darkness sometimes the best thing you can do is step away
@@LenoreHolmstead-mg5zf perspective is everything. in the video you could see that maybe his paranoia makes her seem like a cheater or she is a cheater *going by song* that being said, it doesnt really change my comment lol. Splitting her heart ouat style “might” have saved him from becoming this monster. It might have made it worse. He made a dumb choice and it spiraled, twisting him into something else and she had a right to walk away.

@@glitchandglitters2765 my headcannon is that the God of Love gave up his capacity to love, his "heart", to protect the goddess of Knowledge from being majorly damaged from the war. Since a lot of "knowledge" is lost in the midst of wars, but part of the cost of this sacrifice was to keep it to himself not expecting anything in return.
From the Goddess' view it just looked like he was turning into a monster and so she just left him, which resulted in him breaking the vow of (unconditional love) by expecting her to love him back. This caused his symptoms to worsen till he just straight up died

It's pretty good, some frames still need some work and the transitions could be smoother, but I still like it
