38 people killed, 11,000 displaced by floods in Kenya

The Kenya Red Cross Society also says it has rescued nearly 200 people. Authorities have issued flood warnings for various parts of the country as more heavy rain is expected.

You guys is not warning people that live in low line area of the potential risks of flooding/ plust these people is living close to a river what is rong with you guys system or government/the hole of dubi flooded and not one person died/the government must make trucks available to evacuate people from potential flooding/knowing your place and country is important you have to move people by force for their own safety 38 people died or missing Africans leader's is eresponceable you to blame this happens over and over
