Great work man! Production value was firing on all cylinders. Editing was on point, color looked excellent and I love, love, love the subtle glitch effects (they truly add a nice layer of chaos that I really appreciate). Sweet concept as well that made for some awesome looks. What'd you rock for cam/glass? How many extra hands did you have for crew? Curious how DIY/volunteer based you had to go based on budget. You definitely earned yourself a metalheaded, filmmaking fan.

Every time I listen to Earth Groans, I remember that South Dakota ain't that boring of a state after all... Glad to support my "local" scene.
I just found out about Earth Groans a few minutes ago and I am obsessed with them! They remind me of the 2000’s metalcore that I fell in love with. I just found one of my favorite bands!
I tend to prefer more melodic hardcore, however I really appreciate what these guys are doing. They've carved their own path and created their own sound and I have so much respect for that.

Fun story, I found a t shirt for this band at a savers, it's a really really cool design so I searched them down and I'm happy to own it, I think the last minute sells this song for me, where the drums (by the way love the drum fills, slow yet meaty) stop the song with every hit, reminds me of how the guitar cuts through the jazz solo in 21st Century Schizoid Man but what makes it even more special is the way that the drums in this song slowly start getting desynced from the rest of the instrumental, giving a dueling aspect, almost making it seem like the two parts of the song hate eachother, very interesting

I hope in the future we can see some clean vocals along with the heavy stuff because it slaps you in the face in a good way it’s just easy to lose it in translation lol.
