I can try to find other boards of same or better quality. Nothing wrong with the V1, but I think their prebuilts are good value cause they have good capsn and their switches are decent, but their barebones are alright.
@@keebtunes well Its probably gonna be a kit/barebone, I'm gonna replace the switches (duh) lube or replace the Stabilizers and add foam under the switches and also under the case (I've only made like 2.5 keyboards), idk 🤷♀️, I just feel like it's too simple or something, it's a cheaper build (still like 130 bucks without foam).

Yeah you absolutely can mod the switch spring if it's not strong enough to deliver the upstrokes of a ceramic keycap! I think these MMD switches are right in the middle on terms of spring weight

6u ceramic spacebar may not be possible, they're not as mass produced, and that's not a common size....smallest that you can find for a ceramic spacebar is a 6.25u
The zoom is around 210 ( mine was 260 for the variant), the ceramic keycaps are 150 and the switches were 22 usd. So all in all, this board was around 440

Definitely not for gaming! It's not slick, but it doesn't have any texture, so depending on your game, you'll hate it if it gets sweaty...I game with the Nuphy Field75 usually, or if I were to play league, I'd get some silver switches instead. I play almost everything lol but mainly games like last epoch or call of duty

Are you getting it barebones or pre built? With or without knob? I guess what are you paying for it?
