Honestly, thank you so much for sharing her eating. It shows that you can eat "unhealthy" foods occasionally and still be healthy, as long you're working ahrd towards your goal. Healthy doemst mean you never eat junk food if what mean? I'm not sure if that makes sense or not. I just feel like people are often shamed for what they eat, and that's not good.

i love how there wasn’t immediate results like most people have it so. It’s just making people think going to the gym a few times makes you super buff and swole.
Exactly. It takes months and sometimes years to see results, and you have to be consistent.
I like the small detail of showing Ayla eating maybe not the most healthiest food every once in a while when she is working out. From personal experience this is very realistic. Lately its been recommended to go on a strict veggie and no carbs diet 24/7 which I guess is fine but in my opinion not necessary of course this is just a personal preference. There is nothing wrong with having a treat now and then you could even use it as a reward system when your working out. No one said you have to eat healthy food ALL the time. I also like how the girls at the gym were nice and kind and supported Ayla through her journey of weightloss. They could have easily been been the stereotypical bullies of the story but instead support each other like girls should. Good Job Hatsy!

This is more of in-between cat-fishing. The picture was her on the wall, but it was just old of when she used to be fit. She probably became depressed turned to food. And then became insecure about herself. She shouldn't have used the old picture of herself. Catfishing is pretending to be another person when she was just showing her old self. But yea, be yourself, and you can become healthy and happy without a relationship. Just have good friends to cheer you on.

What i love about this video is that she didnt stop eating, She started to work out and live her normal life but she just was working out loads more, And also that when she lied to him, The boy should not have judged Ayla, Its the inside that matters, I always think of it as rude to judge someone about how they look and how the person is feeling aswell.

April 3rd 2019, i made the best decision in my life. I decided to finally do something to change, cause i just couldn’t take it anymore. I was very overweight, even stage 2 of obesity. I started eating way less with a lot of vegetables and no meat no dairy no junk food, cause i don’t even like dairy and meat. I’m doing an intermittent fast, i just don’t have breakfasts. And now, after a month and a quarter, i’ve already lost 14kgs (around 30 pounds)
At the beginning i lost 8kgs (17pounds) in 10days but i didn’t do it well, so i gained a bit back and now i love how i’m living my “eating life” cause i’ve stabilized my weight loss and stuff and i’m so proud.
Believe in yourself people! i’m on my road, i hope i’ll get the body i’m dreaming of! if i can do it, you sure can do too!

Honestly, I can relate to this video very much. I am not at that 600 lbs, but I’m getting there if I don’t start loving myself. I always go to food as my comfort zone, and I don’t work out because I get out of breath easily, and my endurance is not that high. It’s difficult for me to work out, so I just kept on eating and eating until I’m now 240 lbs for a 17 year old. I know, that’s a lot of lbs for someone my age. I look like more of an old lady than what I actually am. I was always insecure about my body and compared myself to other girls who were skinnier than me, and I wasn’t confident in myself. Being able to see this video made me realize that I wasn’t alone, and I’m really happy that you made this video because it gives me a lot of hope that I can become confident like her too! Thank you so much.
