We stayed last august and found the hotel fantastic the staff were amazing and the food was great, The entertainment may have been different for when you stayed at Christmas time when we stayed in august it was fantastic.

We booked a standard room last year at best tenerife and got allocated a room on the 7th floor. That meant we had to lug our heavy cases up two flights of stairs, the pay off was the room had a massive balcony and sun loungers. Overall the hotel was fine and we did book again

We stayed here in July, the Pepsi cups were so annoying, especially pouring a beer, we are back next year, I will be bringing my own cups. Great vlog.

I liked the review you were pretty much spot on what our experience was like last July. Food is bang average but the hotel is nice and very clean. Plus best is in a fantastic location we were half board. Would I stay here again ? Yes if I got a good deal I definitely would. Keep the vids coming Michael enjoy watching them. Can see you getting up to 10 K subscribers by late 2024

i have never been all inclusive and its been self services,that premium roof top looks very poor i dont know how much extra is but i can image it wont be cheap,
it looks a nice hotel if going self catering,
i have just booked for 2 weeks in may at the usual place i stay Marola Portasin Las Americas

You are talking pish about this hotel . I will give you the food is average it's all on a person's preference. The rest of the hotel is ok . The staff and the kids club was amazing . Mini disco and entertainment for adults was fine

I again repeat my self, your review of the hotel is unfair .and un worthy My wife and I along with friends have stayed in Hotel Best over 20 times and always found the food excellent,,staff brilliant can not do enough for you .. Think you need to get to The Balmoral with your big credit card....

And I expect that's for u my my opinion is that is bad not worth the price more 3 star maybe its an age thing cause am younger maybe I expect more for my money, the cocktails where bad pre made the burgers was bad not beef the rooftop was bad meaning drinks on offer compared to the others I stayed entertainment bad, good location but not the best tenerife hotel
