  • I was thoroughly impressed with how this 15 year old truck performed! With 190,000 miles it just might impress you as well. Watch me put it on a dyno and see the numbers it put out! I wanted a base line dyno run before I started to modify the truck at all. Thank you guys for watching! More duramax and s10 drag truck updates coming soon!

I got my 06 lbz the other year it was my dad's but when he passed 9 years ago my mom drove it to go to work in the winter and aside from some wiring for 5th wheel/trailer brakes it was stock it had 180k on it when I started modding it and has 275k now and I'm doing a engine and trans rebuild not because it's needed but because I want to jump up from over the 550 rwhp level and plan on building the engine and trans at the same time to handle the new turbos and tunes and extra goodies I will be doing at the same time. I hope the truck scares me again lol I went from stock to dropping ~7k on parts (added all the supporting mods plus new shocks and tires lol my mom was not the best at realizing when things were wearing out) and tunes and installing everything over a long weekend and the higher trans safe tune scared the crap out of me right away but that was partially because I was still doing the trans relearn.
