If your from Bantayan ,
Ride ferry from Bantayan to Hagnaya port ,bus to Cebu North Bus Terminal in mandaue.then taxi or jeepney to the Port like Pier 1.ride boat from Pier 1 to tagbilaran City ,from port ride tricycle to Dao Bus terminal.ride bus or van for hire going to Anda .from anda main town you can ride tricycle and tell them you go to Lamanok Island .the driver can wait you if you like
