- Taken from the "No Theme" showtape, these shows were the same songs used in "Country Klunk" with Uncle Klunk removed and the standard Rock-afire characters singing his songs. The added twist was that ShowBiz demanded the skits be limited to 90 seconds, so the Rock-afire characters take jabs at management in the intros to many of these shows. The demand for shorter skits was real. Apparently, the writers did not like it much. Funny.
love it

#0:06 "In the Middle of the Night" R.I.P. Mel Tillis
Mitzi has the best air
@Tomekacoalson I was referring to the first song. It was Mel Tillis.
I think the videos slightly slower just like a tiny bit
Oh no. This computer was obviously breaking down. This song is much slower than its supposed to be.
They may be running on reel-to-reel tapes and the motor may need a replacement.
Maybe, I don't know if the songs slowed down, but the camera isn't. Just look at the gravity on Mitzi's Pom poms, it seems to be normal.
@@showbizcec4985 I think the videos pitch may just be lower
@@Idontwantayoutubehandle. Possible, but the movements of the characters and the hair, ears, and curtains don’t look to be operating under slower gravity. Also all the clicks and clacks are in the pitch of a normal rock afire. Evidence points to the show’s reel to reel system just running a little slow. This isn’t the only show to have that issue and Strike and Spare had the same issue.
So where was this video shot? Seems like Dook's not connecting with his drumkit and Beach Bear is kinda lame, arm isn't moving quite right
Duke's left ear isn't moving either. probably an airflow problem judging by the slow response.
I should know this, but I'm drawing a blank. Who is the original artist of the first song?
twcclassics Kenny Rogers & Dolly Parton.
twcclassics Mel Tillis
