This is Natalie at her jazz best and voice. She lived those notes, phrases and scats. Ella embraced her and thanked Natalie for recording Unforgettable! No one can touch Natalie when she sings this type of jazz. This performance in my opinion outdid the Unforgettable performance. She really truly honored Ella through this performance. Bravo, bravo, bravo and she received a standing ovation. Pure class and talent!!!!!

Many of those young Black women (and Celine) try to emulate Ella Fitzgerald BUT, they just can't -- there's NO one who can sing jazz and scat like Ella, though they try, and some do it fairly passable. It's VERY nice that Natalie had that big photo of Ella, honoring her. Natalie does the best imitation by far. She certainly got the great song genes from her father!
