X Games is back in sunny (and not hot, thankfully) Ventura, California. We'll be out here doing what we can and first things first...first street practice. Garrett sums up the course well, but it's pretty tight/congested with obstacles so dudes definitely took a bit longer than usual to get some lines down. Fortunately there's another a full day of practice coming up... And thanks to Grant Castelluzzo for handling a bulk of filming this.

Everything looks super small, tight, and basic af this year. "Xgames" is supposed to be an Xtreme sports competition... and it looks like a "pride month" scooter park.. They should've spent all that time, effort, energy, and money on making the obstacle course interesting for the riders and viewers instead of wasting it all decorating a run of the mill prefab park with flowers, sculptures, and rainbows to pander to "which gender hole I prefer" month... sad to see such a gnarly sport like bmx get so soft
