This woman deserves a big "Thank You" from me. 5 yrs ago, I farted in front of my friends and they'll bring it up every single time they see me to embarrass me but a few days ago, after watching her video, I was like, why is it even embarrassing? I'm not the only person in this earth who farts, so today morning, these people brought it again and I had to reply, "you guys hold your toxicants in your body?" and I've never ever in my life felt this level of confidence.
that's so embarrassing on *their* behalf. image holding something so irreverent over a supposed "friend". ditch them or establish boundaries, even if you end up losing them in the process. better them than yourself.

Hello! I’m glad I stumbled upon your video. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Your opinions and self-confidence is admirable and how you speak with conviction is amazing. Your beliefs and experience and how you view things seems like a perspective completely unalike with the myself I grew up as, however, on this path for self-love I am developing the esteem I may have lost a long time ago. Your viewpoints, although seemingly unfamiliar to those of mine, mirror how I feel as well. You have simultaneously opened my perspective to not only change my limiting beliefs but agree with your opinions entirely. You have reminded me to commend the respect for myself I deserve. Thank you. I am grateful for that.
6 minutes in and she has spoken STRAIGHT facts. I’m 26 now and I knew this naturally at 16-18. If you tell yourself “for a month I will hit the gym straight no matter what” and you actually hold yourself accountable even when times are tough, you can’t help but feel proud of yourself. Unfortunately, from ages 22-25 I started behaving like a complete bitch because I wasn’t trusting myself due to me not following up with my promises. If we as human beings hit the gym, eat clean, and focus on making money consistently no matter what, we will all be extremely confident.
Most of the things you describe makes you confident are external, which are good, but I hope that confidence comes from within and truly a reflection of your love for yourself.
@@aestheticallypleasingaesth8941 no it makes you confident internally because you trust yourself to follow through and you create an identity you agree with
Liz's confidence is based 100% on her looks and for being 26 years old when she is 23 years old is not a healthy situation here. Let's see a liz that has confidence without fillers, botox, lip injections, skin routine and just a plain Betty. Liz worth is $0.5 million selling you lies and fairy tales! Confidence is manners to yourself, not pleasing others! when you turn 35 years old let's have a discussion about this individual and be honest. Liz is a fraud.
why is making confident friends soooo hard!??! I'm tired of always being the most positive, confident & energetic person, I need someone to share this energy with to multiply it but everyone is soooo insecure 😩 Watching this video felt like I was finally having the conversation with a friend that ive always wanted. Someone smart , uplifting & aware! Thank you for being here & sharing your energy with us, it goes a long way 💗

Lizzz I seriously just wanted to thank you for making me realize such a simple but important thing. Self respect. Like Ive been through some things these past few years in which allowed me to love myself more, gain confidence, think in a more positive way and raise my vibration. I've seen the changes in my life and I'm grateful for it. But this year, I realized that that was not the end of the journey, it'll never be. I felt that deep inside here was still a part of me that lacked confidence and eventually it led me to this downfall. But Then I found you. You're giving me the power to step back up in confidence, I'm still working everyday but I know that ill achieve it. In this video, you said that we should never let anyone joke about us from the start and you're right. I have a friend that when we first met started joking about me, and actually it was funny, I laughed too. But eventually I started realizing that its too much, it became like a daily routine to the point that it was a little irritating. Like how much did I not respect myself to let that friend say these jokes and make it become like a every second thing just because I didnt want to ruin the friendship. Like yes I shouldn't care about other peoples comments but you made me realize that I should step up for myself, even if its something that's not a big deal. if it goes over my boundaries then I should respect myself. Thank yiouuuu Lizzz, you truly helped my a lot with confidence. I wish the best for you!!

Liz your videos poped up at the right time I needed the most. You have a beautiful mind, you remind me so much of myself and my mother. Thank you for your videos ! God bless you !
i didn't realize how much this vid changed me until i watched it again after months. 1. i started setting daily goals and i was so determined to accomplish them. now it's been 2 months of me exercising bcz of that and it's my first time being this consistent 2. i did not "ditch my friends" bcz they weren't even friends to me, they weren't the ones for me and they were exactly like you said, instead i made new (real) friends and met people with a goal and purpose in life. it really affected me positively! 3. i started intensely taking care of my skin (suitable products & healthy diet) , body (exercising & moving more) and hair (treatment) alongside with my mental health and 6 months ago me wouldn't have believed it. 4. im also working on confidence and healing together, i do the positive slef talk and it never failed me, i got closer with god, closer to my soul, i meditated, i prayed, i searched for ways and signs and i GOT them, im way more chill than i was like about a month ago, and i still crave for the best 5. "humble, but aware of your worth" OMG little did i understand what this actually meant first time i heard it from u liz! but it's ok bcz i get it now. i used to be jealous of so many people, thought that no one liked me so i kept trying to please them and pretended that im someone who isn't me and the result? fake friends and a lost self, im grateful i started to get connected with my real self before it went too far. 6. i started setting clear boundaries and i showed them to people, the respect they built for me ever since was 👌 7. i started trying to know the real me through every way i can reach, i ceased watching shows just for fun and started reading books and watching things that can get me closer to myself, and i can say that i built an unbreakable respect and bond with me. and im so happy with it. 9. the self praising might look dumb air cringe for some people but i think it's a cute way to accept/love how you look (tmi: is sometimes blush when i compliment myself) and it makes me smile more through the day so why not?🤨completely harmless & kinda helpful! phew, that was the longest comment i wrote in my life, but i just wanted to show u how i take your words to heart and it really got me somewhere i wished i'd be in. if you're going to read this or not, im always grateful for you & you'll always be in my "things im grateful for" list

The Ten Commandments are called the moral law, (most of us are lying, thieving, blasphemous and adulterer at heart) you and I broke the law Jesus paid the fine that’s what happened on that cross.
By believing that Jesus died on the cross and rose up from the dead 3 days later and not just confessing your sin, but also repenting of all sin you have done and putting all your trust in Him in prayer, He will grant you everlasting life as a free gift.

I don't think you should call them your "friends".
that is so low from their side to make it a laughter. everyone farts. it is a sign of normal body and organism
that's so embarrassing on *their* behalf. image holding something so irreverent over a supposed "friend". ditch them or establish boundaries, even if you end up losing them in the process. better them than yourself.
Did they said it every time during 5 years? 😮 those guys need to get a life asap
so happy for you

One thing I notice about traumatized children (which I am one) is that they all want to be the most loving parent for their kids, and it's so warming and heartbreaking at the same time.
For real
What’s sad tho is that big portion of those traumatized people tell themselves that they won’t be like that, but then end up being like that
I literally try to listen this video every day, Liz, you have helped me so much, thank you.
Yes! I feel like I knew this naturally till age 13.
@@Notme811_you What do you think made you lose what you knew naturally?

Yesssss honestly ima work on myself on hope that i manifest confident friends
I'm so glad I found you a couple hours ago! There are so many people dealing with post traumatic stress disorder... unfortunately...so am I. And to see that you are so strong empowers and motivates me so much

Liz your videos poped up at the right time I needed the most. You have a beautiful mind, you remind me so much of myself and my mother. Thank you for your videos ! God bless you !
i didn't realize how much this vid changed me until i watched it again after months.
1. i started setting daily goals and i was so determined to accomplish them. now it's been 2 months of me exercising bcz of that and it's my first time being this consistent
2. i did not "ditch my friends" bcz they weren't even friends to me, they weren't the ones for me and they were exactly like you said, instead i made new (real) friends and met people with a goal and purpose in life. it really affected me positively!
3. i started intensely taking care of my skin (suitable products & healthy diet) , body (exercising & moving more) and hair (treatment) alongside with my mental health and 6 months ago me wouldn't have believed it.
4. im also working on confidence and healing together, i do the positive slef talk and it never failed me, i got closer with god, closer to my soul, i meditated, i prayed, i searched for ways and signs and i GOT them, im way more chill than i was like about a month ago, and i still crave for the best
6. i started setting clear boundaries and i showed them to people, the respect they built for me ever since was 👌
7. i started trying to know the real me through every way i can reach, i ceased watching shows just for fun and started reading books and watching things that can get me closer to myself, and i can say that i built an unbreakable respect and bond with me. and im so happy with it.
9. the self praising might look dumb air cringe for some people but i think it's a cute way to accept/love how you look (tmi: is sometimes blush when i compliment myself) and it makes me smile more through the day so why not?🤨completely harmless & kinda helpful!
phew, that was the longest comment i wrote in my life, but i just wanted to show u how i take your words to heart and it really got me somewhere i wished i'd be in. if you're going to read this or not, im always grateful for you & you'll always be in my "things im grateful for" list

I use to be so hard on myself and punish myself studing for hours and hours, no matter how I feel, even If I'm about to cry "I do not have time for that" and I get so scared and anxious if I commit any mistake because I feel that I have to be perfect despite I'm still a student; (I know it's a problem and that's why I am going to therapy this semester) this during weeks and even months burning out my self until I don't want to do or know anything about studies or university or grades, just want to disappear and procrastinate. Your video helped me so much, and thank you for that, I realized you're right,I might reconize my own achivements If they were somebody else's.
She's the living sister/mother that I dream of. Thank you so much. ❤️❤️❤️
8:21 I can relate to this so much. I used to be desperate for a parter, for a lover, for someone to take care of me. I know this is a normal human desire but this shouldn't be the center of anyone's life. Now I'm learning how to love myself first before I can spread this love to another human being and that's amazing. I'm happy to be coming out of this phase. This video is gold and I'm so glad I've found your channel!! New subscriber earned for sure.
Love that you mentioned meditating, journaling, and reading. These are universal things that over time are guaranteed to help you out but most people don’t do them.
Liz... I must thank you for being so strong and helpfull to people and I just can't stop to watching your videos... I have a lot of trauma like you and I couldn't find any way to figure it out but when I watch your videos and hear your voices I'm like " Wow! That's the answer!" I love you!

Liz is literally saving me. I'm getting do much confidence and motivation after watching some of her videos, and I'm setting up goals slowly. I used to be really deeply sad and hurt, but now I've cut off sad music off my playlists and things that cause me to be sad or gloomy. Thank you so much Liz
