Hi doctor here, I wanted to give my opinion about the tips, I hope it helps:
1. A few studies about this subject were performed and concluded that there is no link between chewing hard gum and having a stronger more muscular jawline. However they found that people who do this deteriorate their teeth faster, and some end up having jaw problems such as ankylosis. The jaw muscle is a very strong muscle and is very very hard to develop with exercise. So I wouldn’t advice you guys doing it!
2. It works for people who have problems with excess water and helps to drain it on the short term (for exemple lymphoedema, very salty diet…). So I would advice trying it for a few weeks and see if it works with you!
The other options left are losing fat (best option) or jaw surgery which is also very risky.
I am no doctor but i have to disagree with the first thing. I have been chewing normal gum for around 3 hours a day. 1 hour morning, 1 hour night and 1 hour after lunch. I did this for 6 months and i think my jawline has improved a lot. Yes i lost some weight and i was mewing but i think that chewing gum has helped me a lot. I think it is possible to grow your masseter muscle by cjewing gum.
Mr. Doctor, your "studies" don't mean anything when I myself have achieved an amazing jawline from using Brett's gum.
Have these studies used the right brand? Have they considered waiting patiently until the jawline develops?

Fun fact: walking is far better at burning fat than excessive running . This is because running is far obviously far harder and thus requires more immediate energy. As a result, running can tend to break down more of glycogen than fat. On the other hand, walking requires less energy and thus can rely on fat which is broken down slower and over time. You can still burn fat when running if you’re at a slower pace though(before or during aerobic threshold).

That isn't necessarily true. Running causes both glucose and fat break down, while walking mainly uses your fat.
Example (just throwing out numbers):
Low intensity cardio: burn 10 calories, 8 from fat, 2 from glucose. 80% fat burned.
High intensity cardio: burn 30 calories, 10 from fat, 20 from glucose. 33% fat burned.
However, as you see above, despite the relative percentage of calories from fat being lower, the absolute number of calories from fat is higher. So a combination of both, known as high interval training, is the best way to burn max fat and calories.

I do high interval training using EMOM method for fat loss, hypertrophy (I would often goes to muscle failure) and muscle endurance. You think it's good?
@@frog6054 Whether or not training is good will depend on the person and varies. However, one thing to keep in mind is that if you work out till muscle failure daily without giving it time to heal, you will end up straining your muscles very soon and the recovery can be veryyy long. I know because I did something similar and could not move my arm for 2 months while it recovered.
Other than that, personally I do daily cardio and endurance training 5 days a week. Once I feel like I am comfortable with the weights, thats when I ramp up and start lifting until muscle failure every other day for a week or two. Then increase the weight by 5 or 10 lb and repeat.

There isn't a way to actually lose face fat specifically. Fat is lost all throughout your body, and there isn't any way to spot reduce

A good way to remove face fat is wrestling(sweating ofcourse). It helps regulate overall body fat but it has a strong effect on the face.

Pro tip - you can use gua sha or Graston technique for other musculoskeletal injuries e.g. plantar fasciitis, achilles' tendinopathy, and golfer's/tennis elbow.

I’m pretty sure the reason why we have so much facial fat compared to other generations is because back in the day food was less processed so they were tougher to chew and you also had to talk more to get entertainment moving your jaw more

the cheeks are a volume that is made of muscle and fat the fat part is easy but muscle part is a bit tricky to get rid of in my experience using your buccinator muscles less REALLY HELPED find out the functions of the buccinator muscle and limit them

If you drop body fat percentage and do some exercise like his gum or chew toys I see all over the internet you’ll have a more defined face. This stuff won’t change your face structure though. Bones won’t change (surgery yes).
Dieting was more effective at reducing body fat than exercising. And it’s free and less stress on the body. Cardio is good for the physical body in general, but you can’t out exercise a bad diet. Getting skinny is 80% dieting 20% cardio. And even then I’d skip cardio and just lift weights instead.
