Another huge Thankyou Bob and Jenny. Never ever even heard of Luss, what a beautiful little place, we are like you and love looking round graves, so interesting, and such a pretty church too! Loved all the stills of the dogs ! So cute ! Eagerly awaiting your next trip x
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it.
Had many a trip to Luss with my late parents, its a lovely village
'Take the High Road' soap opera was filmed there!
Yes, I read that when we were leaving!
Thank you for this! I'm a Colquhoun descendant.
Awww the dogs are so sweet! Great video guys! We can’t wait to get our first motor home and start our adventures. 👍
Such a nice place
Very exciting for you
Hi Bob and Jenny. Thank you for your video today. Luss is a very dear place to me. I was born and brought up in Balloch just down the road from Luss, before leaving Scotland when I was 25. Seeing my old home area brought a lump to my throat. My husband and I are returning to Scotland permanently in July 2023 from America and I can't wait to be home. We will also be buying a motor home or a camper van, have not quite decided which yet. We both really enjoy your videos and the tips you have given through your videos are really helpful. So thank you both so much. It really is appreciated.
Thank you, that's really nice to hear, glad you find them helpful.
Well you can't beat Scotland you looked more pis d of than the dogs at the beginning of the vlog 😄we love Scotland whatever the weather the slanj restaurant I believe is good for food just up the road at Tarbet we stay thair o and our first stop when going north 👍
Just watched your latest video. The still photo of you both at the start was lovely. Beautiful couple. Luss is lovely we liked it there. Again another great video Bob & Jenny x
Lovely place Bob just stay an hour away
Wow how different Luss looked compared to when we visited in the summer! Much prefer it like this even with the rain 😁👍 Well done managing to get a Loch side pitch, that would have been much easier for launching our kayak and hopefully the time you visited the midges hadn't yet arrived 😂
Jenny did get a few bites!
Another great vlog both, the village looks lovely and great to be able to walk into it. How was the noise from the road? Debating whether to try Luss or stick with the original plan of the camping in the forest site at Cashel ?
Where we were the road noise wasn't too bad, but it depends on the pitch chosen. Never been to the Cashel site.
If you go down the old road towards glasgowthere is a statue of a small boy in the water seemingly where a young boy drowned very sad don't know if seen it
No, didn't see it, very sad.
I love Graveyards .....
Next week is to be warmer weather .....
Warmer weather next week ? There you go Bob and Jenny ask for a refund on the £42 a night and return in the better weather. You can live vicariously.
I forgot to say that I'm an American.
Glad you found it interesting.
