Every time you talk about Lynley, it makes me want to pick them up again!
Me = Big smile!!
Appreciated your thoughts especially about Salt Houses.
I think you would enjoy Salt Houses!
So glad you enjoyed Salt Houses. I did love that book, too.
Wonderful book, yes! ❤️
You sold me on Salt Houses!
Oh, great. I think you will enjoy it.
Elizabeth George is the only author in that stack that I have read.
I love Elizabbeth George!
good afternoon Britta, have a merry christmas.
Thank you very much! And a happy new year to you!
Hi Britta I have Minor feelings by Cathy Park Hong on my shelf but have only read 15 pages so far. So I can’t recommend it yet…
Have you read the Frida Klein series by Nikki French? I just started Tuesday’s gone and I’m really engrossed. Yes lieutenant Linley, by Elizabeth George. I have to continue that series. Aloha.
I've read minor Feelings two years ago, and thought it was quite good And Nikki French is too suspenseful for me. LoL.
Have you read/are you planning to read any books by Susan Abulhawa? If not, then I can really recommend her work if you want to read books set in Palestine. I "enjoyed" her book Mornings in Jenin much more than I enjoyed Salt Houses. I found it really powerful.
Yes, Susan Abulhawa, absolutely! I have just finished Against the Loveless World and I have Mornings in Jenin on my list next. ❤️
I'm glad you are enjoying the Lynley series so much! It is one of my favorite series. Have you watched the television adaptation? It's good.
I love the tv adaptation! (Had to get used to Lynley being black haired, though. LoL.)
