This song has the strongest nostalgic mid 2000s vibes I've ever heard
Its from their 2004 album you should listen to "The Power Is On" on there its badass
its funny but at that time, this song wasnt most 2000s song, but anyone who came across it at the time really felt like it captured that era.
now its more edm, since everything is fast electronic, full of social media etc.

As a man of middle age hearing the Go Team was like a bolt from the blue, like a mad party where everyone one's invited. They manage to sound like everything, punk, funk rap a huge blast from the sixties and seventies and on their lighter moments a naive charm. They are refreshing iconoclasts, doing their own thing regardless, keep it up.
From one middle age man to another, There is no doubt about it. You are spot on with your analysis. In fact i use this song, as a sort of pep me up, it helps me remember that it is actually possible to forge a path for yourself away from the noise of everyday life. In fact Iconoclast is a great description.

I’m 15 in 2018. Reading comments from people who were teens in the early 200s make me so happy. They had this kinda music. It was new and fresh. It made them happy. Our generation doesn’t have a sound like this, but I will always cherish this song

Heard this from One Tree Hill in like... 2005/2006 and it just makes me so happy. The nostalgia it brings me is amazing. I just remember being young, having no cares or worries in the world, being in love with this song and One Tree Hill. Every time I watch the scene with Brooke, Peyton and Haley dancing or hear this on it's own, I have the biggest grin on my face.

@@scottyslearningcorner6080 I think you're right. The audio for that is a sample from the panthers. I think the "off the pigs" is digitally processed and sped up so that it's not as clear.
I actually heard of this band from the insert they had from Little Big Planet 1. They had their song "Get it Together" in that game, and I heard this song from research and fell in love with this band.
