Sorry for pushing back a tips video. But I felt this needed to be discussed as its a feature we have all been asking for. But needs to be way more front and center.

While at it can you tell them to enable their notifications about racist... I came to the States on my 20s, speak 3 languages but because of them I sometimes stutter, as you I try hard to communicate and I only talk about the game, I tried to keep it positive, like a little joke at the beginning but the racism is too much, I had games were people literally cussed me for the entire match, a couple of minutes ago I had two guys that died and kept cussing just cause I said that they need to get put cause I have no guns and they are in between two teams, they keep going on with the racism and mocking me cause of my speech stutters. I was an alcoholic and games were a big part on getting out of it, but this is getting so toxic and the people in the community is really toxic. I don't mind trash talk and I'm a fairy devoted player, I even had to stop streaming years ago cause of these types of situations. I don't really know why the report options don't work and why there is not an option for racism. I have close to 2.1k hours in Apex, I love Apex the next game closer to that amount of hours is The Witcher 3 with 600 hrs. I don't even leave the game open, I close it as soon as I end playing but with all the racism, I'm starting to feel more anxiety. I'm sorry to bring this subject here but I see you are a people's person and have some value or know some of the people that directs the game, I hope people responsible for the game take action towards this big issue... How can I play without comms? Would I be good enough just muting people?
BTW I always watch your stream vods here, great work 👍 I see them fully when working or at home, you are the reason I have never sub to cable lol
I just want to say you're a fantastic creator. You genuinely care about the health of the game and quality for the player base and don't just post huge damage games no real person could achieve without bot lobbies (like 95% of Apex creators). Just wanted to say you're appreciated in the community.
The thing that makes me so mad is that we as the playerbase have total power to completely change the way respawn develops the game but people just can’t stand NOT buying the cosmetics, which just reinforces to respawn that they’re doing fine

I 100% didn't pick up on that it was a solos thing, or even what the game mode was beyond 3 strikes.

Always appreciate your insight on the trailers and the new modes. Honestly, I couldn’t tell what kind of mode was coming just from the trailer. I had to watch this to figure it out. Sounds amazing, though!
Ya, they should publish an additional article and highlighted rumble more in the video. But also when it shows ups in the game client people will be curious. imo what really makes or break news modes is, are they fun. Will is a skilled based solo 3 strikes going to be fun? i'd guess a resounding yes.

Everyone keeps asking for solo or duos ranked, but I'd prefer no pre made trios ranked all solo queue now that's a test of skill.
So in my opinion Respon decided that skins are more important than this game mode. I don't know if they have data that shows that people interact more with skins than new modes but if they do respon really needs to change that for the long term health of the game

I'm extremely excited for the new mode and the new modes are always the thing I look for in the update trailers but I agreed the trailer video really glossed over it but people like you bring up the game mode.

As I agreed with you, I don’t think the casual audience care too much about truly improving in the game. I would say the size of your channel is representative of that. Your subs are the small percentage of players that care about improving at the game. Other channels that just upload highlight clips and video breakdowns are larger because I think that’s what the majority care about.

They should do ranked solo-q at least until mid Diamond or so. Could be even until Masters since i've already seen many Diamond 3-stacks in Gold lobbies at late night games.
They could have a Rumble “Season” last a week or two then at the end you can earn Apex Coins or crafting material.
The best thing that is coming out of this and I know you gloss over the skins but finally a great New Castle skin!
I don't think they themselves know what they want to give for rewards, and thus they focus on the skins for now. I highly doubt they'll ever reward with money/Apex Coins, but it would be awesome if they gave crafting materials for rewards.
So I can't play this with my friend? Because I usually play Apex with him, and it would suck if this forced us to play separately with randoms. I don't know if I like this.

Unfortunately its EA so people spending money on skins is prob more important sadly. Also the average casual player may not care as much cause they may feel like they wont be able to earn the rewards. Its weird but sadly that mode may not do so well.
My immediate thought was, "This won't even be worth playing because of all the cheaters"
As far as priority on the update notes, it states that it is a Beta feature. I know they care more about the skins, but it's understandable why they would put a Beta feature lower down on the list.
I have never played Fortnite so I do not understand what the reference to likeness is.
Feels like it a trailer made for skin's than the new game mode if you a casual not following CZcamsrs or on follow leakers on Twitter or reddit you probably didn't know Apex Rumble was new mode if you watching from POV of a casual you probably thought the match they where showing was regularly mix tape or br and they just highlight the skins and Apex Rumble was gimmick name or something they had Newcastle and Wraith i thought bit awkward they only took what Wraith says in the game and no new dialogues only Newcastle had new recording lines (i know actress behind Wraith is busy with shows she currently on then maybe it time to recast Wraith even i love the actress) they should've had Newcastle and Wraith or Mirage actually explain what Apex Rumble is about

They focus so much on skins but most are meh
Personally, I don't think this will make any impact whatsoever, cause I know cheaters will attack it from day one, and not only that. Teaming will be rampant because most of the Apex player base likes to flex their PNG stickers aka badges on their banners. and if this going to have badges with different tiers and get the importance like the ranked badges or the 20 bomb and 4ks then everyone is gonna jump on it day 1 and try to ruin and abuse all its aspects just to get their hands on these flexing 'high tier' badges or see their names in the leaderboards. casuals will stay away. cheaters, teaming, content creators and sweats will embrace it fully.
Rade boss take down ...with hords of things .. with three strikes. And buster sword....pub maps population of ai bots everyware..fun things
Watch people somehow exploit something and end up finding a way to Q-up with friends in these “solo”-type gameplay 😂 … then we will see the CZcams title example: “You won’t believe who I matched up with…” or “Randomly matched up with … and we fried everyone in Rumble” 😂

It's the first trailer, and it's called the Collection Event Trailer. I think you're panicking too soon over it
That is my point though. A suggestion would be less collection event trailers. Put the game mode at the forefront. I am sure lots of development time went into this.
For all collection events going forward. Less emphasis on skins. But the gameplay strictly.
Because if we get later a trailer for the in game tournament. It will be overshadowed by the pushing of the skins first.
My Feedback would be pivot marketing from the first trailer...I get companies gotta make money. But if player base is happier from the content, then the skins will probably also sell better too.
@Dazs I misunderstood when it was coming out. I was expecting another trailer to showcase the event more. I was wrong since it's coming out Tuesday

you explained nothing and spoke to developers rather than your viewer base which is gamers who want to learn something new and get insight into the game.... Literally wasted my time. What is Rumble? More in depth review since you are inclined to "sell" it to us. Who is it important too and why should they play it. When is it debuting? What are the rewards? If you don't know and are just speculating, then use Fortnite as an example and explain to us how Fortnite does it in case we have never played Fortnite before.
That is the point of the video. I want to know more. But the emphasis is on the skins. Why is this mode overshadowed?

Well, companies greed may influence the decision on how the trailers are written. I agree with you: new game modes are more important that skins. Would be nice to know the distribution of players who pay for skins...
