Take your time with it all, do what you can manage and gradually increase it. You can also add more repetitions in and time doing the exercises over time.     My peripheral neuropathy has just started to progress to my hands, which I have found more troublesome psychologically than my feet. I just tried these exercises and really like the gentle movements and meditative quality of the exercises. I plan to continue them and will explore your other videos as well. Thanks!

    Well, this was a lovely addition to my morning. I found, as I progressed with this exercise, that it lent a mild hypnotic element because each move was slow, contemplative, absent of speed and power, all of which served to increasingly relax me. I absolutely loved this session and will return to it, if for no other reason, than to center myself and CALM down. Coupled with the leg exercises--again slow and urging a relaxed state--make for a great internal reading and monitoring of myself. Thank you, again, Mike. You never cease to please and amaze me!...Anastasia

    Mike meant to tell you my Husband & I do these every day, I’m starting to feel Arthritis in my hands & my Husband with Parkinson, his hands shake & do t have much coordination, so these are great. Thanks for your great videos.

    Amazing work Mike !
    The video, though is recorded but it feels so interactive, for instance while doing those thumb rolls I speeded up and on spot you ask to slow down, felt like you're watching me doing this.
    Same happened on a couple of other instances as well, really loved it.

    I have developed peripheral neuropathy since my second Covid Vaccine. The symptoms have become worse since the third, or booster vaccine. My three vaccinations were Pfizer. Thank you for the exercises. Where is your article about peripheral neuropathy?

      Wow ! ME TOO! Except I just had the first vaccine and one booster . Pfizer too . This is KILLING me ! The pain is excruciating and interferes with my work and my life . Typing this is hard because my hands hurt so bad . Has your neuropathy lasted ? How are you feeling and how are the exercises helping? I LOVE these exercises by the way ! Thank you , Mike ! I appreciate you ! I’ve only done one round but they helped a bit . They make sense . And help posture. Big hugs 🤗

    Thank you! Another great video. I have psoriatic arthritis in my hands as well as other places.These exercises helped ease the pain this morning. I will be doing these at least once a day when needed.

    Tomorrow will be first time doing this video, pretty much any exercise in 7 years. I have SFN, Multiple autoimmune, cystitis of the bladder, Depression, anxiety and panic disorder. I am actually looking forward to doing something other then eating cupcakes and ice cream!!!

      Keep at it, Danielle! Two therapists told me to take up exercise, which really helps anxiety. My arm went completely numb and weak with a headache, so I found this video. Five minutes in, it felt tired, but better. I will use this one again. You keep going in your exercise journey, It's a lifelong path to better health and you can do it!

    I had only been doing your stretching and strengthening exercises for a short while. One night while lying in bed with my feet hurting and burning, I remembered that I saw a video for neuropathy. I didn't want to get up, so I got my phone and did the exercises sitting in bed up to the one that required the towel. I immediately received so much relief. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

    ok, when I first started this session I was giggling thinking "this is silly"... and now that I finished I realized how silly I was to think that because I really, really needed it.     First time doing this one - I liked it. I don't have peripheral neuropathy in my hands but I paint, type and read for many hours every day so it is really good to stretch out my hands. I need to get a tennis ball - I used balled up socks today. LOL

    I did not know what this feeling was until I came across this video now I have pain in my chest from this peripheral neuropathy and I know it’s my chest not my heart because one day it hurts on the left side and the next day it’s the right side of the chest

    Dr. Mike. New to your channel. I have found my arms go numb completely and weak when I lift them. I also have bilateral cubital and carpal tunnel, trigger fingers on both hands. I just got a new left hand brace to keep my thumb stable, i was having drop wrist issues..Cervical problems. I hve challenges to say the least. My hands and arms feel like rabbid animals are eating them. I wake innthe middle of the night with intense fire pain. Like i put them on a iron skillet. All i can do is cry and tell myself to stay calm. Any suggestions would be wonderful. Thank you.

    I believe I have neuropathy my hands shake they hurt and they turn red and it comes from my elbows I did Smash them three times maybe a more by accident of course but I want to get some relief I hope your video will help me

    Is there a good exercise to help with bad rotator cuff shoulders. They hurt so bad it keeps me awake , im a side sleeper so its painful to lay on my right side the most.

    Constructive critisism :
    Your script is very BAD! For Example, you can say: AFTER EACH EXERCISE, RELAX BY BREATHING AND SHAKING YOUR HANDS and FINGERS ALTERNATING.
    Another example, you also can say: WE ARE GOING TO DO 5 REPETITIONS OF THESE STRETCHES FOR 15 SECONDS, THEN DO THE EXERCISE
