Drool. lol. Having one item dinners atm while packing/moving. Almost there though! Close! Im so excited to get there. Has a little balcony so therell be some flowers and herbs going out! That pasta looked amazing! xx

Everything looks so good, but the pasta bake made my mouth water. Yum! The only thing new on my meal plan this week is a cheesy hash brown and smoked sausage bake. The rest is same old, same old. Have a great week! 🛹🥰🐢
no corned beef hash? fry up? bangers n mash with onion gravy? kievs? stuffed chicken breasts?
@mummycookshomemade No hash...had that last week. Bangers and mash sounds good, and I have everything to make that. Chicken is on the plan but roasted with veg. Having tomato soup tonight. I'm going to make a big pot of vegetable soup so I can freeze some for later. 🥕🌽🫛🥦🫑😂😂
@crystalr5090 I've not frozen soup, does it lessen the taste and make it watered down at all?
@mummycookshomemade No, not at all. I think the taste is better after thawing. It doesn't get watery, and the veg doesn't breakdown. I don't put tomatoes or cabbage in it because I think it probably would get a little watery. If I want a tomato taste to the soup, I add some tomato juice in place of some of the broth or stock. I put it in the slow cooker so all the flavors come together. Beef or chicken chunks can be added if you want. It freezes well and will keep for 6 months.
@crystalr5090 we're going to have alot of home grown tomatoes and herbs this summer, so the tomato, bacon and basil soup I make, I would like to freeze in batches, that's why I ask about it degrading so to speak x

I am, I'm also missing the Sunday dinners, but it's not physically possible at the minute. the legs are getting so bad I've got a riser recliner coming to help me standing up. it was bad before I did the left knee in, but since then it's a bit of a pain, literally. I currently have a leg infection (cellulitis) again to add. to. the issues.
I'm hopeful eventually if will ease off and. I can bring them round again, they're actually coming for coffee in the morning xxx

yea it's made to fit my needs, so hopefully I can get a good night's sleep for the first time in 5 yrs lol I can't lay down flat, I sleep sat up in my current recliner xx

not fussy, remember I don't like something too tomatoey , that's why the sauce is creamy tomato and bacon, u could also add cream. we're alike in the tomato thing, but even I eat this OK xxx
