I would call it the wanderlust or something like that. It looks to be the perfect boot for travelers exploring exotic cities or going for adventures in foreign countries. Urban exploring, light day hikes, getting in and out of buses, tuk tuks, boats, planes!

Funny you introduce these as I just started getting interested in the more durable construction of boots, but prefer the look of low top leather sneakers (i.e. common projects and similar looks). This is getting closer to that inbetween product. The main reason I like the idea of boots is the more standard resole that you can have done at any good cobbler as opposed to the cup sole sneakers with the sidewall stitch that feels more hit and miss for resoling.
I will add I wish you showed a visual of the inside construction of your boots when you introduce them like this. Kind of like a cut in half basically, or just a picture/diagram etc.

Imo you should use the rubber midsole on the flater shoes to have better flexibility, it's not gonna give any more support with a thicker veg tan insole and you lose flexibility.
I was just looking at these on the website, only issue I had with them was I would like the top to be rolled.
Also, is FF comparable to EEEE?

Does Nicks offer instep\ankle adjustments? I have abnormally flat and lean (but NOT narrow) feet, and I often tie hook to hook and they're still too loose.

Would love to see more of the boots being worn and modeled in videos so we get a better idea of how they look. Interesting concept but I would probably prefer it in a 4 or 5 inch boot height option.
I guess for clarity, how is the advertised boot height determined? Is it just bottom of sole to top of boot? It looks like the v bar option is listed at 3" and the wedge sole option at 4". Is that right?

Is there any function to a moc toe or is it just a style choice? I'd expect maybe more toe room but probably not after watching how each boot is fitted and made.
No function. Just style. Our MocToe doesn't add any volume to the toe box.

I would choose one of the smooth 1964 leathers, black or walnut.
I would love this boot in 1964 smooth black in a 5” or 6” height!
64 brown or W&C milled harness buck brown(with a white 2060) -> if I want a flexible out sole, I would also want a flexible upper. It would also be nice to have a version with a rubber midsole(like the ridgeway or tactical boots) for more flexibly and comfort (if a rubber midsole, W&C with white/sand 2060 is available I'm putting my order tomorrow)

I would not call it a boot . Boots have ankle support. Top facing should not bite your ankle. If it does, it is a bad design. what you have is a hiking shoe.

Hey Nicks. Long time admirer, no time buyer, due to prices. I thought, hell, a shoe! Here's my chance. They're nearly the same price as your boots?!?!?! That's a damn shame and in no way justifiable.
The main difference between these and a pair of our boots is a few inches of extra leather and a couple more eyelets... The labor stays essentially the same which is the main driver of the price. We hope you understand)
