- So, it’s the night before your SAT and you’re feeling nervous…what do you do?
The answer to this depends on how anxious you typically are as a person, how much sleep you need to function well, how well prepared you feel to achieve your goal score, and so much more! But here are my three broad study strategies that you can use for a single evening based on how much prep you’ve already done:
If you’ve already done a lot of prep for the SAT: 1:59
If you’ve taken at least one practice test: 2:53
If you haven’t started prepping yet: 4:00

Anna this is great! So many students get anxious/scared before the test. Good tips to help them stay calm/sane
We got this!!! good luck everyone!! 1600s in the bag!!
Thank you so much! You’re right, the SAT I’m taking tomorrow is not the only one I’ll take if I don’t want it to be. Also, isn’t it a thing that they take your best math score and best reading score if they are from separate attempts?
wow so insightful anna !!!
mine is tomorrow, great video btw
Hi, My school does not offer the SAT, am I allowed to do the SAT at another school if I go to a different school without switch schools? Thank you! ❤❤❤
Hmm, I’m not sure-your best bet is probably signing up for a test date outside of school day test dates
If you’re international, I don’t entirely know, but in the US, I’m taking tomorrow’s Saturday SAT at a different school, because my high school isn’t offering any more SATs this year.
Hi Anna, do you have any recommended vocabulary lists? I cannot find an official one.
Check out my dsat reading video for a vocab list of transition words and a word bank to know!

Hi Anna , how are you ?
I need your advice , I only have like 2 months or less to study sat
And I have to get 1490+
Do you think that is impossible?
I haven’t seen any one who did that before but sat is my last hope and I really have to take this advantage
Do you think it’s possible to do it ?
Hi-I’m good! It’s def possible, and you can do it :D I’d say try to assess where you’re scoring as soon as possible and then make a plan to study 1 hour a day ish, with a mix of khan academy and the bluebook practice tests. The biggest thing is to understand your mistakes and not just breeze through going over your tests/practice problems :) good luck!
@@annas-universe thank you ! I will
how was it?:) praying you scored what you wanted!!
What I do is start well before the test, and enter "lockdown" 20-24 hours before the test. I don't study at all after that. It's a way to force my brain to calm down, and implicitly remind me that I'm prepared. I think it's gonna help.
I technically entered lockdown two minutes ago, so this is the last video 👍🏽.
