    Definitely has a place for the needs of some people and I can attest to heated clothing, but in my case it was to the extreme of fully heated waterproof jacket and gloves that I wore for years while winter motorcycle riding. It makes a huge difference for that use, but they were directly connected to the 12V battery so power consumption was a non issue while riding.

    Great video as usual. Since NY is seemingly now the Tundra, sounds like something like this would come in handy. 👍

    Finally a company bold enough to step out. So many cheaply made ones on Amazon it gets tiresome trying to find a well rated one. Takes some stones to stand out. This is a major contender to replace my Milwaukee M12 Hard Shell.

      I’ve been really putting it to the test the past 3 weeks. It’s definitely a well made jacket

    Golly Mr.Crispy, you got a gal and her home cookin' to keep you warm!
    Gee whiz, does it have a char broil setting? I live in The U P of Michigan and it's gets chilly willy here brother!
    Wouldn't be good for my job, it would get filthy and destroyed in a couple days. Well, glad you liked it. Cheers!

    If you want to do a compare/contrast video, Ororo is another great brand! I just got their vest and wear it under a soft shell jacket. The thing I like about the Ororo, over other jackets, is it has an additional heating element in the neck! It's amazing for working outside in the cold Midwest winters.

    I just my coat yesterday.. not as an electric blanket.. your expectations must not be high. Heat are pretty much ONLY where the pads are. Tried with a tshirt and a warm shirt. Tshirt was cold where there is no pads. With a warm shirt, couldnt feel as much heat. I would say not as expected but will see when cold weather arrive. Price was good and i needed a new coat. A 6/10 so far im still happy of my purchase wish it was heating a little more like 30%

    Very interesting. My question, is there a concern about breaking the heating elements if you bump into something etc....?

    One question, can I use a android cable and wall charger with the power supply. I have it plugged into a desktop computer and it's taking forever to recharge. What is the average time for recharge?

    • @ChrispyThings
      @ChrispyThings  Před 8 měsíci +1

      I use a common usb plugged into an adapter into the wall. I never use a computer to charge, it takes forever. The battery usually charges in a few hours

      Does it work in Canada.
      No. It automatically shuts off once you cross the border into Canada.
