amazing your talking about that inter rotor, 50 years ago i was sure my flat track TS-250 didn't have a heavy flywheel. i remember the shop mechanic working on the ignition without the wheel. haven't seen or heard anyone mention that device besides you now, thought i was mistaken glad to see i was correct. great device are they still easy to purchase.

Hey Kevin, What an informative videos. I have the same bike and I wanna ask if I still need to put the reed valve guides? I bought a dual stage carbon fiber reed petals. The seller told me that it's okay to not put the guides but I am worried that I might break the carbon fiber petals in a short period of time as it will bend further than usual. Thanks
The reed valve guide prevents the Reeds from opening/flexing to far not using it can cause reed failure i have seen Reeds brake off because and not close fully and never flip them over thank you for the video idea

Ok, about 23:30 weeks were headed to the store to get the correct bolts to split the cases, next thing you’re doing some 2 weedwacker bolt sketch city pull job. What happened?
@@2strokeguru You were using a 3 bolt puller to split the TS125 cases but you had the incorrect bolts. Then you were going to the hardware store but when the video restarted you had 2 bolts and were hitting the opposite side with a hammer. It was tough in the video to see how you had it set up.
@cjack121 yes but was able to split the care in some of my videos I show different ways the bolts where correct thread just needed to be longer next I have a Suzuki 200 cc I will be using the case splitting tool the puller from the this video is a steering wheel puller
@@2strokeguru I got it, so the steering wheel puller should work with the correct bolts. I have the same engine on a project coming up and I also tend to make my pullers do multiple jobs.

Welcome yes I do this bike series has a large family up to ts185 its crazy how the kept the basic design the same
