See each 15 degree corresponds to 1hr so 30 degree means two hours after sunrise... Being at equator there not much change in india in day length.... At 7. 30 am in morning.... Any time in noon... And then around 5. 30pm in evening will work for all days ....in simple language when birds starts whispering orange sky in morning that's sun rise time.... And in evening same orange sky but now birds return to their houses...
