Nice root cellar. I do the same with my Instant Pot storing my extra accessories inside. I love a good chicken, broccoli and rice casserole. I use cream of chicken instead of mushroom, it’s what my family prefers.

I use it sparingly only because a friend once made curry chicken pasta salad and used way too much curry, I thought I was going to die but I ate it and said nothing. That really ruined it for me. Lol
