Reaper.. what works for gout is cherries. For me, cherry juice and drink lots of water. To prevent it coming back I use lemon juice (lemonade). Best luck.

Reaper, cherries 🍒 are the best for relieving gout symptoms. Go eat some. Sour cherries and sweet come frozen in freezer section of grocery stores

A guy I knew swore by celery tea and hemp hearts for gout. No idea if it really helps though.
