But if you cannot resist playing music, try playing light uptempo jazz, or classical music and always keep the audio volume set to low. This allows your audience a chance to visualize themselves there in the home. Please, please, Never choose music that sounds Haunting, or Anoying.

You can tell from the pics there are a lot of soft spots "possible wood rot" on the outside of the home. The cocky design of the home traps water & moisture. @2:51 shows a lot "possible wood rot". The inside needs a lot of work. This house is no way near the $679,000 asking price. Needs a ton of work.

I know some people don't believe in paranormal and stuff like that. But in the Bible, God prohibited the apostles from staying away from some places .Whenever i was looking for a house, i remember in or 2 houses the moment you walked in, you feel something negative and in one house we like but it just didn't feel good i asked one of my relatives who's a private investigor to do a complete check and it come out 4 years before the wife killed her 2 children .
