Drawing inspiration from her Chinese roots, she has crafted a delicacy where tradition meets innovation. For the first time, the macaron shells are layered with smooth cream and coffee flavor, and dehydrated raspberry jam, a symphony of sweetness.
    This dessert is made to reduce food waste, leftover fruit scraps can be transformed into a luscious jam and seamlessly blended into a light and low-fat coffee cream forming intricate layers in the dessert.
