One issue with this video: Sure, it may be true that there are no bad verses in s7, but 'worst' doesn't mean 'bad', just 'least good'. Something can be good and still be the worst of its set, if its set is all 'good' or better.
The worst verses are always in episode where it feels like they were trying to capitalize of a trendy subject rather than bringing an idea they’re passionate about
The "best" ones are mostly well chosen, so I respect those, and most of the "worst" ones are also reasonable, but I do have a few questions: Why you disrespecting Houdini, my fellow Hungarian boi like that? the fact that lloyd was hanged upside down on a crane, and also being able to get himself out of a straight jacket is a detail that shouldn't be missed on the battle
in terms of bars and such, yeah, houdini flopped hard, but we can't let the visuals go unnoticed
Ok yeah visuals were good but flow was bad
His first verse was the best in the battle. despite the odd flow he still won.
@@joshrethoudini's flow is actually fire idk why people dont like it
@@X0TIX_despite houdini having better flow, copperfield still won imo
@@X0TIX_ The flow doesn't even matter anyway in terms of winning. What matters is disses... these are rap _battles,_ after all.
The transition from boba fett to teddy roosevelt was so smooth
Great list, I will say not having Wayne Gretskys second verse is criminal. That battle is the most underrated by far imo
god i hate thing 1 and thing 2 especially after that wonderful verse from shakespeare
I think Isaac Newton rapping an equation deserves an honorable mention. Plus, it's Weird Al.
The line before that "I accelerated the minds of mankind to a higher plane of understanding and I can calculate the weight and the size and the shape of the shadow of the mind that you're standing in" is just utterly savage
I'm surprised Che Guevara wasn't on runner up, his flow was really good
I’d put him on my top 15 for Season 6
That "take your breathe away" line was dope.
Che Guevara was decent but when he said "It's more like V, for Very bad hat" Either I just don't get it. or This line just sucks.
@@mosgamingchannel1754 It's a reference to V for Vendetta, a book written by Alan Moore. Not a 100% sure, but it might also be a double insulting the cone shape of the hat.
ISTG Marx's final verse is just a whole ass touch of death combo.
The fact that people think John Lennon won is insane, Bill O'Reilly humbled him with that last verse.
Fuck it, we'll do it live!
Damn that was the one that started it all
We don't think, we know
Ray william johnson as boba fett is something i didnt know i needed
What about a flute busting prussian?
I could only put 2 Season 5 ERB Verses.
5:15 very well placed ad there
12:31 the battle ended there. lol chill Irwin. Yeah Cousteau came with the stingray references but damn. How you gon do the French like that
The thing is, the lyrics and the flow aren’t the problem in the Batman verses, it’s Peter’s entire delivery as that character.
It’s so funny for me to see Vlad the Impaler vs Dracula going from one of the most requested matchups to one of the worst battles in the whole series
Never sounded like a good idea to me tbh.
Bro they aren’t even rapping, they’re just talking
“You gettin ate up you shoulda battled me on Ramadan” is the hardest individual bar in ERB history
Everyone is rightly upping Philosophers as the greatest battle ever, and it's definitely like top 3, but I wanna draw special attention to Roosevelt v Churchill. That battle is S-tier, and I won't hear any arguments, its spot on Runner Up was well deserved and that whole battle could've been the runner up.
"Loki choke you out like my name was throut cancer" is a pretty good line, too bad it was wreaked by that awful fortnight line
"You look like a duck." Batman
It's so stupid it works. love the rap, not for it's lyrical genius but for the fact it's such a dumb match-up with quirky lines and great beat xD
I think what makes Joan's verse so good is that she spent half of it insulting Cosby.
the only one I really disagree with, is the best season 5 verse. Theodore Roosevelt Verse 2 is still my all time favourite, and although Trump sounds like a Disney villain, which I love, I still think the former of the 2 is beter
"Everyone knows you're back at home like 'Thank God for Pearl Harbor' " solos.
Dracula rhyming Dracula's Victim with vascular system is genius tbf
Dang no love for Zeus vs Thor? "Make like your daddy and swallow my babies" was perfect
I could only put 2 Season 2 ERB Verses.
İ forgot how long and terrible were the verses of that bruce.
yall forgot about moses vs santa
I still think Season 5’s best is Tolkien’s third verse
I like how when I popped back to this series for the first time in years recently, I instinctively went "no" to a few of them and didn't watch them. Your "worst" category is basically a highlight reel of videos I didn't rewatch. Marx's third verse is a strong contender for the most brutal segment in the show's history, though I would say Philosophers is still the best overall and I actually don't think anything else has come close to it. Almost everything that comes from that battle is gold.
Also, there was one in season 7. Something about the way Indy rapped was so noxious to me I couldn't get through his first verse.
boba tea bar is crazy
How did Oppenheimer's first verse not make it? That shit was pretty heat
I forgot how good that Elvis epsiode was
oh god that Vlad vs Dracula rap battle was painful for me to watch. I despise that one, at least Adam vs Eve was funny bad.
It sucks cause it had one of my favorite lyrics:
"Did you shapeshift those punchlines? Cause they mist.
Your style's like your reflection: it doesn't exist!"
@@georgegandy8116 Get beat by count dracula? Your smoking crackula
thing 1 and 2's second verse is strangely addicting on 2x speed
Nahhh dude the first verse of darth vader on vader vs hitler part 3 is the fired up line that flipped 4 times.
YEA SCRU!!!!
Its like that, its like THAT!
I always felt like with Dracula vs Vlad, they knew Dracula would basically lose and so they just said “Let’s have Dracula just have fun and be a little flamboyant”
The battle was actually ASMR themed, which is why it's slower-paced and all that.
Id have to disagree with the best verse for s6 and 7 those weren’t close to being the beat
Oppenheimer verse 2 clears for s6 and I’d take Irwin too if you didn’t want to double up
And anything from mansa musa was better than Marx, and you also had the three John’s with Mcclane OR wick’s first verse
I don’t put oppenheimer on my list because too many people fight over his verse
@@joshret really? I’ve never heard that
10:40 Boba Fett vs. Deadpool was probably my favorite rap battle in lyrics, beat, and outfits. Just a masterpiece.
That Vader “fired up” scheme still hits so crazy
One issue with this video: Sure, it may be true that there are no bad verses in s7, but 'worst' doesn't mean 'bad', just 'least good'. Something can be good and still be the worst of its set, if its set is all 'good' or better.
2:24 underrated transition lmao. Nice editing bro
"Frankly Hank it's clear Auschwitz side you were on" is the hardest bar in ERB
Bruce vs Bruce probably wouldnt be as bad if Caitlyns verse didnt last 1/2 the battle and suck beyond repair.
They gave jenner WAY too much time.
@@christophjohnson3777I know hulk doesn’t tend to talk that much but why did they give her so much time😭
@@lukaluukaa for real!
I remember ur mr incredible videos, its almost 2 years since I found ur channel
Man, Season 6 must've been fucking fire if Thanos is the worst one there.
The worst verses are always in episode where it feels like they were trying to capitalize of a trendy subject rather than bringing an idea they’re passionate about
I really think John Wick's and Alexander the Great's first verses deserved mentions.
The "best" ones are mostly well chosen, so I respect those, and most of the "worst" ones are also reasonable, but I do have a few questions:
Why you disrespecting Houdini, my fellow Hungarian boi like that?
What do you have against the entirety of Adam vs Eve?
For S1 runner down, why John?
For S6 runner down, why Dracula?
The funniest thing to me is that Trump's verse has a ton of stuff he'd never say, and yet, is put together so unbelievably well.
Actually, that was all stuff he actually said.
it's a crime not to mention cleopatra's second verse; it hit so hard they gave monroe a third verse to compensate
9:55 confucius predicted twitter
3:42 Idc, that's a good verse
