Why is this music extremely underrated? Probably one of the best symphonies ever!

Exactly! More and more, I start to think that the classical music crisis is heavily impacted by the choice of repertoire. There is an ongoing obsession for certain eras and composers and the rest is ignored. 20th-century classical music is heavily underrepresented. My entrance to classical music was through 20th-century work and I found it incredibly exciting, however, I find 19th-century classical music not suitable for my taste. Baroque style and modernism are just beautiful...
